Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Havasu City

It was geographically very conveinent in the center of town right next to Lake Havasu, you could see and hear boats and jet ski's, and the surrounding streets were packed with every restaurant and fast food you need. The room was economical, kind of like a 90's theme, comfortable, and had a fridge, microwave, nice TV, and a desk combo, right above the pool.

The parking is first come first serve (not motels fault as there is limited space next to Lake) but if you didn't get a spot, you had to walk around or carry up things for a distance to the room, as there was no elevator, only stairs.

This hotel is always accommodating. They never fail to have a 1st floor room for my husband who cannot walk up stairs. We love it

The only down fall was a large German shepherd. I was bitten by one recently and have severe PTSD. This was no fault of the hotel but the owners, allowing the dog to roam, saying it is a service animal. I have 2 service animals. My dogs ignore other dogs and lay at my feet, or sit and stay next to me.

With the covid restrictions there was no breakfast but I was running a race anyway so that was alright. What I did like most is the pillows on the bed(s) were even fluffier than my own pillows at home. I didn't have to stack a bunch of them just to be comfortable. Also, the view from my room facing the River was great.

There was a stairway at my end of the building but no elevator. Not a big deal but it would've made hauling my gear in and out easier.

The nice smell as soon as I walk in the room.

Not a whole lot I didn't like tv was a little quiet and it was sure cold enough nothing I didn't like.

super convenient location. wonderful outdoor and very clean jacuzzi, large enough for 6-7 people. comfy beds.

the WiFi was unreliable; conking out regularly. coffee for breakfast was always running out. I never did get a full cup. but there is coffee in the room.

Price and location

HDMI cable on tv was not working and had to call front desk 2 times to have it fixed and rooms are only cleaned every 3 days.

This is an older building but clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, welcoming, immediate attention to all our needs. Even though we were in the rooms that allow pets there was very little odor, barely any at all. Thank you for making our stay as nice as possible.

Everything was wonderful the staff was good the room is clean and relaxing the continental breakfast was great ~ a nice way to start the day,

I wish I had more time to stay and just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and hospitality,

I was supposed to have one bed king size I wound up having two full-size beds That were hard as rocks woke up each morning with my back in excruciating pain both me and my wife
