The staff responded instantly to questions and requests. Everything worked, This is an older building nicely kept up, The bed was comfortable with four nice fluffy pillows. There are nice water saving fixtures that really work. The air conditioning kept the room cool (pretty big job in Needles). The refrigerator didn't freeze my groceries, and was unusually quiet The advertised "soundproof walls" nearly are - the only noises I heard came through the window and door in the front. I like simple comfort and privacy

The hotel is in a part of town that looks run-down, but when I was outside I felt perfectly saf, but there isn't much to do within walking distaIt was pleasantly quiet. I always wish for a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment so I can freeze ice packs and water bottles, but the one I got was the standard motel model with the tiny freezer space inside the fridge that doesn't actually freeze things.

Check in was ok nothing bad or outstanding just right but the lady/owner at breakfast and check out time was super helpful and sweet. Felt like good customer service was back in town! The hotel and facilities are not fancy but simple and clean, just a place to sleep, the thing here is that they treat you nicely and better than the big hotels in Laughlin and for a decent price lol We love the river in the Needles area so we'll be back!

the interior has recently been updated, great set up with fridge, all new shower and bathroom, great AC, linens. the location is great, just a little off 40 so you don’t hear the noise. easy to get to food and the river. The owners are wonderful and you can’t beat the price. nice to find a small family owned place.

I didn’t have any objections.

We upgraded to a larger room. It helped so much. Bigger room and the bed was comfortable Location was convenient and near our event. Friendly staff and willing to assist.

The chair in our room had metal bent and we were a little fearful of sitting on it. Parking lot small. Once it filled up had a little trouble parking near. But once we got it situated we were ok

Very clean room, with all needed for a night to stay when you are on a road. Very friendly personnel, the breakfast was light but included all you would expect: fresh coffee, eggs, several types of cereals and toasts etc. My car had a trailer and the parking was not an issue, and the parking area is clean and lighted up. highly recommend!

The room was clean an the bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed that the TV had Netflix and other apps on it and the air conditioning work excellent in my room I was very happy with my stay and the price if I go back through Needles again I will definitely stay there and also will recommend that place to family and friends

The parking was very limited I didn't arrive to my destination til midnight parking lot was filled I express my concerns to the night person and how I didn't feel comfortable parking out in the street in the dark especially because I was by myself she pointed out a place right in front of the office in the driveway where I could squeeze my vehicle into

the room was small and cozy. the bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing.

it was Memorial Day weekend and they were very busy so parking was tight but the manager told us we could park our Harley in a designated spot so we had no issues.

Not going to lie I read some really bad reviews on this location, but I was very blow away at how clean the rooms are and the staff is really friendly.

only thing is that we couldn't park our boat in the parking lot but we made it work as we store our boat at a facility a few blocks away.

If cleanliness is important, you need look no further. The room was very clean, no dirt on my socks or feet from walking around. The motel was also very quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful, overall a great bargain.

Towels could use an upgrade.

Needles was for us the perfect spot to stay at, half way between Great Canyon south rim and L.A. This motel offered very reasonable prices, the room was recently renovated, clean, spacious, very nice is this rather desert and dry region. The new owner of this motel were very friendly.
