Sway Hotel

The attention at the front desk was awesome, Ms. Barbara Perez was amazing, she makes sure to answer all of our questions from the hotel and the area, Barbara was seen by us working in many areas of the hotel, she and the Asian lady in room service were busy cleaning and keeping customers happy, thank you guys for make me and my wife comfortable in this small vacation.

Everything was good based on the circumstances; we know the hotel is in remodeling at this time.

The location was perfect for what I was there for! And being able to ride the Onewheel right up to my 1st floor room was 👍 Also enjoyed the updated technology in the room. Great value for that area!!!

Construction still going on, so it was a little noisy during the day. The parking lot is a little small could be a problem on holiday weekends. No more dislike’s here!!! Oh I disliked every time I rode the Onewheel by the front door it opened 😂

They were deep into renovations and our toilet wouldn't stop running. Angel? who appeared to be running the whole place came by twice to attempt repairs, which despite her efforts were in vain. (She watched a you tube video so she knew what to do 😅🌷) She was amazing and said the whole toilet needed replacing and that couldn't be done till the next day. The owners are lucky to have such an amazing employee! The room decor was beautiful!

Beds were comfortable. That's number 1 when you travel. It was nice and quiet well insulated. Not crowded. Lots of parking. Close to everything right on the water.

So It's in a state of renovation so things weren't finished in bathroom mostly visually needs a new toilet that is more than 2.5 feet off the floor and 2.5 gal flush doesn't work so well, and needs a couple small stands with lamps on all sides of beds not enough lighting, floor very dirty w sand dirt maybe that's commonin AZ Needs a courtesy ice machine, it's locked and they charge for bags in office. Otherwise ok.

The Sway Hotel is ideally located by the lake and close to everything. The room was recently remodeled and looks great with all the updates. The bathroom was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. I will be coming back and staying here again. The ladies at the front desk are lovely and beyond helpful. A big shout-out to Barb and Meg!

The location was perfect. It's within walking distance to London Bridge. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The room was cleaned and well stocked.. I love all the updates that they are doing and hated I left my swim suit at home because the pool looked marvelous!

My only complaint is the bed platform is super tall. The floor is tiled, so when you go to push off, to jump into bed, (literally) you sometimes slip and miss and fall. I'm 5'8"and it was a struggle sometimes

Liked the closeness to London Bridge. The pool was nice and my daughter enjoyed it. Easy in and out The blinds on the window were amazing! Beds were comfortable

The construction items are so close to the doors which can be a safety issue if someone fell. The room felt humid all night and it was not comfortable even with the fan and ac on at like 68 degrees. The pool was small and there were a lot of people in the pool. No spa!

Very friendly staff, the hotel was updated and clean, the bed was comfortable, area was quiet, check in was easy, clerk was informative and pleasant. The location was convenient, short walk to beach and activities. The pool was refreshing, we enjoyed our stay.

No problems, there was construction however, no work during our stay

I loved the convenient location, the rooms were clean, i enjoyed swimming in the pool, the coffee in the lobby was decent but what made my stay at Sway super lovely was the staff and management. Each and every staff member went out of their way to make me feel at home. I will definitely stay Sway again!

It was extremely clean. The front office staff is the nicest woman ever. It overlooks the channel which was beautiful. It was modern they did a nice job remodeling the beds were super comfy and the air worked great.

There was a roll off dumpster taking lots of parking but hopefully it will be moved soon .
