breakfast was really good, staff was very helpful and friendly. I found someone's Mastercard on the 2nd floor balcony and turned it in to the night front desk person. Hope they got it back to the owner.

Our room key was deactivated every day and we had to go to front desk to get it reactivated. (annoying) There were kids running up and down the stairs and throwing a ball against the outside wall late at night. Front desk people took care of it though, so that was good. We would recommend this hotel to our friends. Great experience, not your fault about the kids, hopefully key card issue was a fluke. Thanks!!

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was not too bad, the toilet paper was a little too John Wayne for the more sensitive rear ends in my family. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was off the chizzy. Seriously, top notch brekkie. The pool was busy the entire time we were there, and there's tons of stuff to do right in the area, as well as shopping for days if you are into that kinda thing. Would definitely stay here again.

Amenities are a little dated. i.e. the TV is basically useless.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, good proximity to food and Mesa airport, free airport shuttle if you schedule with front desk. Room was clean and good size.

Lighting in the room could be better. There was only one overhead light. There were a couple of lamps on the end tables and in the corner. If you turned every light on it was not too bad.

Have stayed here multiple times over past several years. The hotel offers good value with nice rooms that are clean. Breakfast area is clean, as are pool and hot tub. The staff member Lance who checked us in really tried to accommodate us with his customer caring, and that was very appreciated.

A suggestion is for certain staff to work more as a team, because they were blaming each other unnecessarily in one situation that arose. However, the hotel is nice.

location was great the surrounding area quiet, yet not far from Phoenix area. the staff were very friendly and helpful to make the stay as easy as possible.

One elevator doesn’t sound to stable but works and the outside of the hotel is nice definitely doesn’t match the interior could use some fixing here and there but normal wear and tear. Also tv did not work

The lobby was nice and smelled fresh. We had a room with two queen beds and they were comfortable. Everything worked and was clean, good counter space in bathroom. There was a little nook for the mini-fridge and microwave with a counter and shelf that was convenient as well as a closet with full-length mirror. The armchair was nice. There were kids in the pool having fun, but we didn't actually use it. The buffet breakfast was good...the DIY waffles were yummy! The hotel location was great...lots of places to eat and shop.

There was a desk which would be handy if you're on a business trip, but no chair...we pulled the armchair over to the desk but it was too low to work on a laptop comfortably. It would have been handy to have a small table with a couple chairs or even just chairs to pull up to the desk to have a place to eat at. The juice machine drinks were a little too watered down for our liking, but they tasted good. No deal-breakers here...just personal observations/preferences.

Breakfast was as expected, all the usual fare. The cleanliness of the dining area was an unexpected bonus. It was spotless...well done!

The price was high relative to the product and to the demand...very few cars in the parking lot....

Breakfast was good and the room was very awesome, something I had always wanted and we plan and hope to get the same kind of room again. The most was that it was very close to our destination and what we wanted to eat was in the surrounding area and with our needs.

Airport shuttle and shuttle service within a 5-mile radius of the hotel is a great perk, our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good, Over all a nice place and a nice stay

The front desk could be more organized about scheduling the shuttle. I called twice prior to our stay to schedule a ride- but no one was there to pick us up. Someone came after I called from the airport.
