The location works really well for us when we are visiting our family. Had breakfast in the hotel one day. It was pretty good, go to coffee with seriously lacking. Staff is good and knowledgeable and friendly.

I would have to say the one thing that was lacking, somewhat difficult to use, and then absolutely made a horrible cup of coffee. Those crappy coffee machines that you have in your room. I don’t know if I would really care what brand or style of coffee machine that you would use, but a good k cup style of coffee machine. For most people like myself a good cup of coffee in the morning is always a good way to start today. And as a visually impaired person, well, your coffee machine was terrible.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating ! We also liked that we could text the desk at any time if needed The room was clean and comfortable

The room seem very old and needed to be updated. We always stay at Hampton Inns when we travel and this one was far below the usual room The toilet was so low as was the tub. the wallpaper was peeling off the walls Only one sink to accommodate 2 guests. Chairs and rugs (sticky when you walked on them) were so old and outdated. microwave was hahaha very very outdated BUT, it was cleaned everyday.. the cleaning people were exceptional !

Michelle, at the front desk, was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Jessica was also professional and very friendly. The shuttle driver, James, was a very special person and an incredibly careful driver. The hotel was well cleaned, spacious, nicely decorated and the pool area was quite enjoyable. The hotel room cleaning staff were polite, courteous and I was very happy with my room. I don't often take the time to write reviews but I feel my experience was worthy of praise to all who were a part of my short stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and I'd be happy to stay here again :)

I enjoyed my stay with no complaints.

We had an extremely early flight and were exhausted by the time we arrived at the property around 8:30 am. The front desk was so accommodating! We were able to check in! They even told us to get some free breakfast before it closed. I was so impressed with the front desk check-in representative. She was so friendly, helpful and comforting.

it was very convenient to get to. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I didn’t care for the pillows but I do like a firmer pillow Michelle at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to, very friendly.

I think the hot tub could of had a little bit more cleaning it had a ball of hair in it for the four days I was there so I didn’t use it, not that I needed to because I used the pool which was just fine.

At checkin I was not told about a 75.00 pet fee. I was not made aware of it until I had checked out and was about to my car. The receptionist came out after me and said she had to charge me. I feel that since I wasn't told up front that at time of leaving I should not have been charged.

The room was very nice. I liked the refrigerator, microwave, and the Cox TV with the great selection of stations.

The comforter included a sheet, which could not be separated from the comforter. Arizona is hot and it would have been nice to just have a sheet on. Instead I had to sleep with no covers.

The location was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was pretty awesome. Lots of choices for my fussy eater.

No dislikes at all

Breakfast was fantastic and the kitchen staff was friendly and offered great service. Once a food item was low, it was replenished right away! Thank you. The AC was fantastic!

The bed we slept on was very uncomfortable. I could feel the coils in the mattress.

We liked everything about the property especially the pool and the breakfast!

The only thing we didn’t like about staying at this property was we had a room on the first floor that faced the drive thru for the lobby entrance and the Public sidewalk, rooms do not have a sheer curtain To keep people from seeing in! As a result we could not see out because we had to keep our curtains closed!
