Surestay Plus Hotel by Best Western Superstition Springs

Though a bit dated, the room was clean and provided everything we needed. Staff took pride in the work they were doing and were very concerned about our comfort. Breakfast had lots of options and was exceptionally good! Shower "pod" had safety treads and a hand bar; very much appreciated. Great services for the price!

There is some age to the property and the furnishings, but they were clean and sufficient for my needs. More chairs in the dining area for the weekends!

The comfort of the bed and the room amenities were so nice. We enjoyed the brunch.

We had a problem with the initial check in. We had 3 rooms held on one credit card, and were told we would pay at check in time. We had 3 couples each paying for their own rooms. There was a mix up with the card holding the rooms. It was charged for all 3 rooms, twice. The other rooms were paid for separately and had no problems. When I called to take care of the charges on the room holding card (after the trip), I had a wonderful woman named LISA who not only helped me with the charges, but was so NICE and PROFESSIONAL and REASSURING! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Breakfast was good and hot food served each day or our stay. Breakfast included in room fee. This hotel is in Mesa, so a good choice if you want to be closer to the Superstition Mtns than you would be in Phoenix. Room was quiet at night. Located walking distance from many restaurants, a mall and the 'Biggest Bouncy House park in the world'.

1st room had a non-functioning bath fan. Changed to a room that had a functioning bath fan that sounded somewhat like a 737 jet taking off, but it did keep the room clear of steam when showering.

Reviews were correct, our room was impressively clean! It was very comfortable and in working order despite it beginning to get a bit aged. We didn't get to use many amenities like breakfast or the internet. We were only there a brief night, checking in late, and the desk staff were friendly. This hotel was half the price of other hotels in the area - so I was a bit skeptical but it truly was a great value! I noted a sign saying this will become a Best Western Sure Stay in mid-November, and they would do well to keep their cleaning and maintenance staff.

Noisy neighbors at 3am. There was a sticking stairwell door that literally needed two hands to yank open. We did have to return all the way to the front desk after our room keys hadn't been programmed. Also, could only get one TV channel (a Spanish one to boot); after a few attempts to adjust the source, we were too tired to call for assistance and just gave up. A few inconveniences but overall it more than met my expectations for the price and our simple need for a clean room with a hot shower on the way to the airport.

The breakfast was great the staff was friendly from front desk to housekeeper they also minded their business and was very helpful if you asked for assistance. At around 10ish the tv would mess up

The smelled of body odor and had black hair all over shower walls I know it wasn’t my hair because I’m bald headed. The room smelled very damp and like old man’s cologne. The bed in high was too tall.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfy beds, you stocked us up with fluffy towels and I appreciate the friendliness of your staff... My home is more than 50 miles one way and I work in Mesa... sometimes as a nurse I do 12 hr shifts or double shifts so when I'm tired I don't want to drive late at night... Thank you, I will keep coming back and also tell others about my stay at your hotel... :) : )

The location and being able to find it. It was dark when we arrived. Our cell phone was not working and we couldn't find any address numbers on the buildings. There was no lighted sign signifying Sure Stay and we went past it several times before locating it. Then the next morning we saw the old sign of "Sleep Inn" which was also unlighted. It would really help to have an address plus a lighted "Surestay" sign available.

The breakfast was exactly the same every day. That being said it was fresh, hot, plentiful. Well prepared. The staff was accommodating and pleasant.

The room was very clean but very basic and a bit crowded. No real dresser space for clothes. House keeping was very nice . The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would go back but the pool and room size would be a concern if traveling with children

The hot breakfast offers different items. The coffee and hot water/tea can be obtained at any time through the day. The room is very clean and the mattress is supportive and comfortable. The staff is very helpful to print my tickets since the area has no wi-fi during our stay.

No wi-fi during our stay, which is not a fault of the hotel, since it’s in the process of change to fiber glass.

Breakfast was simple and hot - the staff kept filling up the eggs and sausage . The coffee was perfect. I saw waffles and fresh fruit and yogurt - Everyone was happy. The pool was cool and refreshing - easy to get to and towels available. OMG and and COOKIES in the afternoon they were warm and so good.

Nothing all was good. Elevator was small and weird but it works so no biggy.
