hidden gem! our new family favorite! this place continues to wow! the listing doesn’t do it justice! it’s huge and spacious having 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms was a huge plus and many places for the kids to pick to sleep and hang out. also the ref center has a huge heated pool and the jacuzzi is literally right next to it so kids could play in pool while parents relax! and the cutest little park with multiple activities to keep the kids busy and have fun! we also played mini golf and had some family competition and we can not wait to come back we don’t want to leave this place amazing!! plus if you need to go out to buy your coffee like me it’s only a 6 minute drive to starbies.

The 2-bedroom cabin was quite comfortable and quiet. The amenities at the resort (Roundhouse) were very good. The PVC is located in the outer reaches of Pinetop so you must drive a few minutes to go to the grocery store. The mini-golf and games in the park area were great. The staff in the office was wonderful! Thank you!

The activities center was rarely staffed so we finally bought our own pickleballs to play. And the "hot tub" was never hot.

Everything was great. So nice and peaceful. The cabin was amazing. I love that there was a washer and dryer in the cabin. My kids loved the mini golf, playground, pool and giant chess board.

Our only complaint we had was the jacuzzi by the pool did not have hot water. The first night we were there the water was barely luke warm. We asked the attendant who was there and she said the maintenance man won't be able to look at it until Tues. It was a lil warmer on Thursday when we left.

it was very nice, well landscaped. Good location. Inviting etc Loved the mini golf course. The kitchen was well equipped. It could have used a cutting board and serving bowl but otherwise very ample.

The pool was closed for maintenance which was a bummer. We didn’t make it to the game room. I use a scooter due to mobility issues. I was glad to get an ADA room which meant no stairs going into the cabin but it stopped there. The threshold was too high so had to lift the scooter over it. And there were no bars in the restroom or shower. I feel it’s a safety measure for everyone, ada or not. Especially in the shower and tub area.

We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy our stay. The cabins are very spacious and comfortable. Kitchens have what you need for cooking. We’ve only slept on the king bed since it’s always just my husband and I but it’s very comfortable. The resort is nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance staff. I liked how they helped me by getting me an extension outlet to plug in my elelctric car in the front of the property. That helped me tremendously. also they helped me with the wifi when I couldn't connect my computer.

The only thing I didn't like was the manager who harrassed me and kept calling me when I was cooking dinner and than the following morning told me some things that were completely untrue and very unfair. If not for her everything was perfect.

The cabin was very clean; staff very helpful and polite; this is a great location for fishing different lakes

The remote could be a challenge and cable service offers were limited; You can log into your own Amazon/Other accounts from Internet, so there is that.

I loved the jacuzzi area and how comfortable it was. The entire vibe of the resort was very comfortable and homey. I really enjoyed how much i felt at home. I loved being able to cook an entire meal and not need much. The staff was phenominal and the resort was very clean and quite umpressive, honestly.

The one and only thing i didn't care for were the shower heads. I actually didn't shower because the spray was harsh. Also, the spa tub had hair and dried stuff that looked like skin in it. Nothing major and i certainly enjoyed the stay and will refer people as well as be back myself!

I thought the whole facility was just outstanding We are coming back next year 😎

Well I am not sure but from what I could tell was that there was no security on the premises. Especially at night and during early hours. Since there is no private gate or private walking entrance…no one to check who comes in or out..well that would be my only negative Especially when the nights are nice and you want to leave a window or two open for fresh air…hopefully my observation is wrong on that…other wise great resort

Very comfortable settings..beds very comfortable,clean..and people so very kind , courteous and helpful Beautiful area..we went during cool weather...I would go in the summer also..surroundings wonderful and peaceful
