I liked the lobby area, breakfast area, & the comfortable and clean rooms.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool area was under construction (this is how I book my stays). The tv remote did not connect with the smart tv, because the receiver was located in the back. I had to pull it around the side of the tv in order for the remote to connect to the remote to change the channels. That wasn't the solution because we still had to go close to the receiver to change the channels. There are no microwaves in the rooms you have to warm-up food items in the lobby.

The room is spacious, the pool area is nice size, hot tub was great! The area was nice. Good water pressure.

Management should have taken in account 2 girls volleyball teams eating breakfast and had 2 staff members to keep up. The breakfast was good but they were out of a lot because she couldn't keep up. Also our TV would not come on. I have a feeling it may have been battery in remote. Not any USB ports in room.

The breakfast was great! We loved the pool and hot tub, and the staff were always helpful!

While the beds were comfortable, the sofa pullout bed was horrible. The mattress was super flat, every time you barely moved it creaked and squeaked, waking everyone up, and due to the small room size, it was crammed up against the air conditioning unit .. which meant all the air went to the person lying in front of it. Next time .. pay extra for two rooms.

that my 1st night someone trying to come into my room .. Around 830pm I then got a call from front desk asking my name and information. She then said I was supposed to be in room 202 I said I was assigned the current room 201 I was in . And that was the end of that conversation. The elevator was not working . But that was not an issue.

Service was amazing! We asked for more towels no questions asked we got them. Very Friendly and very accommodating love the pool & jacuzzi very comfy

Friendly and helpful staff. I checked into the hotel with a cold and wanted to know some places that served soup. The staff called a local restaurant for me and provided their name and when they closed.

Hotel computer system went down right as I was trying to check in. It took the staff over 10 minutes to issue a room key as they had to reboot their computer system.

The front desk staff was so exceptional, and friendly!! She made sure ALL my needs were met. ( I can't recall her name for sure, but think it was Amber? Sorry if that's wrong) I was in town for a wedding, and needed a place to crash for the night. I will definitely stay here again!!

I love jacuzzi tubs to relax after a long drive.

Plumbing was very loud as well as hearing heavy footsteps above us. Bed was too hard for my liking.

The breakfast at the Snowflake Inn is wonderful! I love the hot options, when so many hotels are opting to only offer a cold selection of food. Snowflake Inn continues to provide great food, hot and in a very friendly atmosphere! I also love the pillows and the comfortable bed.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a nice breakfast service. Coffee service was available in the lobby.

Staying on the first floor, there was parking right outside our window, which created a little bit of extra noise. Would recommend a request for an upper floor.
