We have staid here before and love this particular King room with the hot tub and fireplace. It's an electric fireplace but it pumps out a lot of heat that is perfect for drying snow gear.

The tiles in the bathroom are beautiful but freezing cold and there is no heat lamp or heater and heat from the bedroom travels into the bathroom very slowly. There is only 1 bath mat and 2 sets of towels and we never got new ones even though we staid 3 nights. Also there were no coat hangers in the closet. The front office was never open and when we arrived to check in we called and were told that the door was open and keys were inside. We had to call if we needed anything and felt like we were a bother even though the woman who answered was always polite and nice. The room was clean, but as usual, don't look behind the couch or under the bed. On hardwood floors it is obvious no one vacuums there.

We stayed in the pet friendly king suite & it far exceeded expectation. We have stayed in a lot of pet friendly accommodation & this was the most spacious & comfortable to date. Don't let the stars deter you! We almost stayed in a hotel up the road because it was a 3 star & more expensive BUT this has such great reviews for a reason. The kitchen is fully stocked, there's even a hotplate! Loads of storage for bags, even a walk in robe, ample space in the bathroom & the room is huge. Our dog loved the room too. Some of it is a little dated, but there's really sweet upgrades. No bad vibes at all! Great way to spend Dog-Mum Day amongst the pines! (Then head to Darbi's for breakfast!) 🐾 ❤

In our room there were very limited power outlets accessible for charging, so plan accordingly if you're working / staying a while.

we were greeted by very friendly staff and she even made sure she put us in the back so we would not hear the street noise. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

the front units are pretty close to the main road. could have been noisy at night. ask for a back room when you arrive

Close to everything. Host was very nice and offered some great restaurant recommendations.

Room was clean but could use a little more attention. Parking was mainly dirt and gravel which makes it difficult to keep it clean during the winter months. Also there is no designated spots which means guests were not parking directly in front of there room.

The staff is wonderful!!! I really enjoy the outdoor set up under the trees, tables, umbrellas, fairy lights, grill - beautiful! This is a very relaxed place, we could bring our dog and were able to come and go as we pleased. LOVE LOVE LOVE

The lady that greeted me and showed me to my room was super fun and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like a safe location and was quiet overnight.

The floors could use a good mopping, the bathroom was dingy, and the tub drained slow but it wasn’t enough to put me off.

It was so clean. We needed more towels and toilet paper and it was delivered promptly. The only thing that was a little strange is that on the same property they have weekly/monthly rentals that were not kept up as well. But everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice.

It was hard to check in. The office didn’t open until 4:00 p.m. we finally found a worker who showed us to our room. The manager did apologize for the difficulty. Apparently she was at a lake and couldn’t get beck in time. They need more office staff.

It looked like it all had been renovated just recently. Current and modern furnishings. very clean.

Of the two Queen size beds, one was very soft. it could be flipped to get a more even firmness. I changed beds to the least used for a better firmness. Comfortable otherwise.

The room was great! Cozy but spacious. Exceptionally clean, with a really comfortable bed. The staff is great, polite, and accommodating. A great place to stay.

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay here. Everything exceeded our expectations.
