The staff is phenomenal. I enjoy their friendly staff, everyone is like a family. And the personal touch of the owners/partners greetings and follow up walk through is an absolute pleasure to all their guests. From ur arrival to you departure , this hotel has the most amazing staff I have ever experienced in any stays East coast to West. It's like coming home for a visit when u leave u don't wanna go. We look forward to every visit. Thank u to all the staff at the knights Inn SIERRA VISTA AZ. , this property deserves the highest rating and best business practices award. Congrats on making this traveler a very satisfied guest and part of ur caring and hospitible family . I personally would recommend this Hotel to any and every traveler that comes through this area. The pool is just a slight bit cold for my liking. Lol but the cleanest and not overly chemicaled

The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. The ac I did feel at times didn’t blow cold hard enough but maybe that’s because it was over 100 degrees outside

I noticed little outdoor bugs managed to get in the room through the door wedge but it wasn’t like roaches or anything, just tiny little orange and black bugs that weren’t much a nuisance after the first day.

We stayed here many times over the years when we used to live in Sierra Vista. The people are really nice rooms are really clean and it’s affordable.

The only thing that I don’t like about the property is that they have swamp coolers. It would be nice for them to upgrade a little bit to a actual air conditioner/heater.

Management excellent

I found that the curtains were dirty as well as the top blanket . Actually had to remove it . Cooler in room wasn't working well , but staff did provide a fan . Overall it was ok but need to have rooms checked after maids clean .

Manager Victor went beyond his call of duty are room was not cooling very well because it was over 100 degrees outside so he took it upon himself to get us a fan i was impressed and will surely stay again you need people like him with a customer service attitude please let him know he was great and I won't forget that thank you to all the rest of the staff also. Perfect no frills goodness

The heater could work better, on the colder days and nights. They have a Coleman portable fan/ heater that gets you to temp when built-in doesn't have enough power on the really cold days. The Coleman is great for getting it warmed up extra fast too

No breakfast available here, but that was ok. We had a really nice small refrigerator/freezer and microwave in room that allowed us to make our own breakfast which suited us perfectly. The adjacent wash with walking trails beside it was a real bonus for us. We could go for a walk or run away from the city streets.

It would have been nice to have had a second chair in the room.

It is a confortable and quiet place, near the veterans Park and not so far from the city. In my opinion great staff, If you want to stay apart from an smoking cigarrete ambient, ask for a room apart form it, they will help you stay in a place free of smoke.

In my opinion, everything was fine.

I stayed in a handicapped room, and really liked the way the shower was set up. It felt safe. Also like the area for the dogs.

Bed was okay, but kind of hard.

I was impressed the staff was sympathetic towards me knowing why I was there. I wasn't awaken from cars and people all night
