Qualkty professoional staff and a very good brreakfast is included in the room rate. This is the third time I've stayed at Sierra Suites in the past month, so obviously my overall impression is very favorable. The rooms are well appointed, beds are very comfortable, there's plenty of hot water for showers, and the towels are actually good size and quality.

They could do a better job with basic maintenance. Twice during my three stays I've had problems with the AC controls not working properly, and this last time one of the two dryers in the small guest laundry was not working. This is probably picky, but I wish they used full size bed pillows. They have four, and they're nice and thick and generally comfortable, but they're shaped so that they're almost cubes. I'd much prefer a traditional rectangular shape, even if that means fewer plllows.

Breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. Got there at 8am on a Sunday morning and most everything was gone or little left. There was gravy but no biscuits. Aweful scrambled eggs but no real eggs left. There were makeings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. When I asked the staff about getting more put out it seemed they didn't know what to do. I was told they were working on it but 20 minutes later, nothing. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Loved the cozy front room filled with books on birds and some fun games to play. Enjoyed the morning breakfast. Staff is polite and friendly. Glad that the the fitness center is 24 hours. I work a third shift schedule and I was able to workout later in the evening. It is close to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We came to visit Bisbee, but we also went to movie and some great meals in Sierra Vista. Cinemark theater, Indochina has wonderful food for dinner, Livia’s Coffee, Landmark Cafee for breakfast/lunch.

You could hear everything going on outside your room. Bed was harder than what I have at home, so a bit uncomfortable for my liking.

Rooms are very large and a great value. Breakfast is hardy and filling with, eggs, sausage, chorizo, and juices. Full breakfast, not a continental one. Coffee was excellent both in the rooms (Wolfgang Puck blend) and in breakfast areas with wide selection of flavored creamers to choose from. All rooms have a refrigerator. Suites are very roomy for a family to stay in and the regular rooms are very large. I’ve stayed in both. Also, rooms are well insulated so they are quiet and hotel is in a quiet area.

Nothing. I travel to Sierra Vista a lot and always stay here. Nothing wrong with this hotel for a short stay or extended stay.

The rooms were large, clean, and beds were comfortable. We had to ask about lighting in the room and was informed that the ceiling light was controlled by remote and that it only had 4 channels and could possibly be turned on or off by neighboring guests. The laundry room was a GREAT help and was convenient. The massive buffet breakfast was an delicious. When checking out I was informed that the current construction would yield a larger kitchen and restaurant!! Overall, great experience. P.S. Please clean the coffee pot. Thanks

Cassandra was quite friendly and helpful as I was checking in. The room was very clean. The AC worked great and was satisfied the whole time with the AC on at all times. When I called the front desk for maintenance to fix an issue with the TV, the maintenance worker arrived to my room in less than 5 minutes. She was also very friendly and fixed the issue within minutes. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were a couple of blood stains on the blanket.

Our family of four and our dog stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean and exceptionally quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. The heating and air conditioning both worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. There were two refrigerators in the room, one was a standard mini fridge under the counter and the other was a much larger unit that had lots of room and a freezer on top. Both worked great, as did the microwave. The table and chairs were a nice addition as well. We also appreciated the convenience of the second sink with a tall faucet (in addition to the standard faucet on the bathroom sink). This was a spacious room, with plenty of space for our dog's crate and all of our bags, including 4 large backpacks. The open courtyard layout and the unique decor create a cozy, peaceful atmosphere, and the gated doors to the exterior provide a nice feeling of security. All of the staff--front desk, housekeeping, and the hard-working breakfast crew--were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff even went out of their way during a busy time to check the allergen ingredients for us. We will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we're in this area.

This is not a reflection of the hotel itself, but the surrounding neighborhoods did not have a bike path or walking trail, so it was not easy to find a peaceful or quiet route to walk or run, or to access a park.

It was a quiet weekend at this hotel with such cute courtyards. Gorgeous lobby 😍 *I almost asked to have a photo shoot in there. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us and the refrigerator was bigger than most hotels. The king bed was very, very comfy! **by far one of the comfiest* On Sunday morning I decided to go have breakfast, the dining area looked like a little villa and the breakfast is delicious! I had a Biscuit and sausage gravy with over medium eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes. It was all so good! They have eggs and chorizo too! *if they have it, try the mango cobbler! 🥭

Honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire staff!

The hotel was quiet and serene. with interior courtyards. Good WiFi and a large refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. Overloaded the room with clean towels.

Breakfast was the same every day with varying levels of quality. And sugar dispensers as salt and pepper dispensers. Laundry room was like a sauna and the light kept going off. Have to make an appointment for room cleaning-this turned out to be full room cleaning, but the trash should be emptied daily at the least. The exterior gates would not always recognize with the key card.

Excellent staff, frienndly, professional, efficient. Rooms aren't huge but well appointed. Room rate is very reasonable, especially when you consider that it includes an excellent buffet breakfast which would be at least $20 in a restaurant.

Minor maintenance issues. Sink stopper didn't work in the room I had in my first stay. Battery in the AC control was dead when ichecked into my room in my second stay.
