Everything was great. Front desk staff were very helpful. Shuttle to and from airport was quick and friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

I'm looking forward to post covid restrictions on the breakfasts. Grab and go is OK, but I really liked the full breakfast buffet from before.

We were staying here with 2 other families for a school event, we truly enjoyed the property, the pool, as well as the breakfast in the morning. The staff was nice but they were very straight-faced and not very talkative during check-in or check-out. Overall great experience! They even had games for kids in the front lobby where breakfast was being held.

We visit Tuscon and arrived on car from Phoenix. We visit the Arizona and Nevada from Canada and we come to Phoenix by plane. I see many place and Tuscon is my favorite.

The breakfast can have ameliorations. I have to ask because some articles are not availables. I don't know if it's the roleof the peoples to the main desk but they talks togeter and we don't see the personnels of the kitchen. We have to avertise then we need for they put again more articles.

No restaurants around…had to drive quite a ways to find one. Staff was great but seemed short-staffed. property in need of a little updating.

Tissue box holder but no box of Kleenex (I went down to ask). Take away the holder or supply Kleenex? Also no shampoo or body wash, only a small bar of soap at the sink. Coffee in the room but had to go down to the desk for a lid so I could take it in the car. Then the lid she offered didn’t fit the cup I had so she had to get a new cup to pour my coffee into. I hate to be petty about such small things, but I did feel like something’s were a little annoying and not very guest accommodating.

Your hotel is beautiful but your amenities lacked in the room. Like a microwave, do not disturb sign, a pen to go with the paper pad, etc.. It was the little things that mattered.

See above. Also, to many locked doors after passing through the initial security door, in the indoor pool area. Which forced you to get locked out, after going to Hot Tub.

Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs could have been a bit warmer. Appreciated fresh fruit. Sausage was very good.

Maybe a few more selections to choose from at breakfast Checkout person did not want to give me a paper receipt but finally did when I insisted.

It was a little above my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. When I checked in, I requested a room at least on the third floor. I got a room on the fifth floor, which had a very nice view of the mountains looking out of my window. I really appreciated how the staff accommodated my request.

I was on the fifth floor. I went to the ice machine to get ice, only to find that it was not working. I went to the fourth floor and that ice machine was not working. I did manage to get ice from the third floor

The hotel is very well positioned, a ten-minute walk from the Tucson airport. Schutte transportation is well organized and arrives at the airport within a few minutes of calling. Breakfast is decent. The pool is perfectly positioned, and it was never crowded. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The door to the room is very heavy and if a person does not hold it, it slams very loudly.

The room had a lot of usable space. There was a large couch it relax on, a work station with desk an hook ups for computers, phones, and a coffee, bar refrigerator area. we had everything we needed.

The breakfast was ok but had a lot of things that had run out and not been replaced in a timely manner. There was only one trash can by the breakfast area and it was overflowing.
