Big room...friendly staff on casino floor...big huge casino...tried out for first time...took morning swim ..pool and Jacuzzi although pool little to cool...should be warmer

Pool not open due to a few drizzled..nothing dangerous at all...hotel bar not opened .. apparently opened later but I never saw that..one guy behind counter was fine but some staff was little snotty..the coffee bar lady with attitude about heating sandwich up more..it was COLD...they are not supposed to...

Location was great being that or family lives 1 block away. Bed was super comfortable! Bartenders are amazing especially at the Tree Bar, also the Diamond Cafe was delicious! One of your floor waiter was also amazing, wish I could remember his name. Overall we had an amazing time!

Lil coffee shop downstairs didn't meet our coffee expectations, their espresso machine wasn't working and we really needed some strong coffee. Rooms can use a microwave as we had leftovers from the restaurant downstairs, but couldn't warm it up later that evening.

They have excellent parking, large rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and has onsite security. There are restaurants in the casino so you can stay and not have to leave the property to eat. The beds are comfortable.

The rooms are painted a mustard yellow color on the wall with blue carpeting. I don't know who thought that was a good idea. Maybe next time you refresh your rooms you can choose a color that better matches your furnishings.

A great central location for area attractions. Rooms very nice and clean. Pool area very nice, even just to sit outside without using the pool or hot tub. Although, it was too cool to get in the pool, it has a great unique design. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Gift shop very nice. Casino fun with many options for machines.

I wished the restaurants within opened earlier in the day.

I liked the idea of staying at a casino property . I knew they would have good security in the hotel and parking lot. The property is well maintained and clean.

They could serve a breakfast in one of their restaurants. As it is the ability to buy anything is limited. The hours of the buffet restaurant change depending on the day of the week . I would suggest a consistent time so you could eat on site .

We had a blast!!!!! Starting with Morgan the bell man!!! He had personality plus!!!!! Michelle checked us in with a smile and wonderful sense of humor! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! The food in the restaurant was totally amazing! Every meal was delicious!!!

Sadly..... the only issue with our whole trip was the smell of weed/marijuana. We have no issues with weed. We're not even sure whether it was someone smoking it in their room but the entire fourth floor smelled like weed and it came right through into our room.

We got a room update because of a non functioning balcony door. Great room, very spacious, clean, safe and cozy

Small flaws, not well isolated windows so it became cold at night in January, water did stay half warm, AC ist controlled from outside and you have to call the front desk for a change. But as mentioned, great room with small flaws.

It was an amazing space! Loved the patio/balcony. Super clean. Bed king- size was great; but too firm for my liking. That being said- super soft sheets, perfect coverings. Heater/AC kept us warm. Lots of towels and bath sheets. Chair was awesome. Patio faced north/east. GREAT VIEW! beautiful sunrise! Pool! Adjacent to casino!

The room was beautiful. Staff was very nice. Loved having a balcony for our room.

The vent system for the a/c would come on and was very noisy. Reported to front desk and they said a few rooms had that system and yes it was noisy. And there is a thermostat in the room, but you can't adjust it. Loud enough it kept my husband awake.

The check-in staff was excellent (Cynthia). The coffee cafe staff was excellent. Very personable. The servers on the casino floor were very attentive.

Location a bit far for us off 10. Worth the drive to have entertainment and hotel in all one spot.
