The hotel was outstanding in every way. The only negative was that it is not located with easy access to restaurants. The hotel is like new with everything I could want.

As noted above, I would prefer lodging near restaurants; You have to drive to next freeway entrance/exit for restaurant.

We loved this place but the shower didn't have a door or curtain so the water was all over the floor n the floor was extremely slippery when getting out of shower there breakfast lady was great and the food was delicious

The breakfast was unbelievable good! The lady that was working the breakfast area was so nice!!

I didn't like the fact that there was only a shower the water got all over the floor.

The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and also clean. Good parking, right near the door which was next to the elevator and the room was not far from the elevator - so no trouble hauling bags. Breakfast was basic continental, toast, muffins, waffles, fruit. Comfortable bed and side chair.

Wish we would have remembered the pool and that they would have mentioned it. We arrived in late afternoon and would have enjoyed the dip before dinner.

Breakfast was excellent! Great choices. Hot and cold choices. Plenty to choose from.

Room got extremely cold and I got up around 2 am to turn the heater on. Took forever for the heat to go on but it was only lightly cool air so I couldn’t fall asleep from being cold the rest of the time. Shower water got all over the bathroom floor. Had to use extra towels on the floor so I wouldn’t slip. Didn’t like the half glass shower wall instead of a curtain or full sliding door.

The rooms were well maintained. AC worked well.

Just an overnight stay. Thought $194 price was a little steep.

When we arrived the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Check in was easy! The lady at the desk was knowledgeable about the town and recommended a great restaurant for dinner! The room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was outstanding! The best complimentary breakfast I’ve had while travelling! I would definitely stay there again!

The pool needed maintenance.

Location close to I-40 was ideal as we were going to National Park and Meteor Crater. Staff courtesy and breakfast was a big plus. Very comfortable bed and cleanliness very good too.

HVAC unit in room was so loud whenever it cycled on during the night. Walls are very thin and neighboring room noise was a nuisance. Hand-held shower fixture was in need of repair and leaked like crazy; the fixture that is supposed to hold it to its frame was worn out too.

It was conveniently located, very clean and welcoming staff very nice. The one that was also at the desk didn't look happy to be there both when we arrived went to supper and returned not very welcoming even with just a smile

Very limited places to sit for excellent breakfast. Either sitting was at the pool or the main lobby. Do to the very limited seating with many guest that morning we ate breakfast in our car.

We left shirts in the room and were called about them and were able to pick them up on the return trip. On the return trip we left two phones in the room and were called before we were no more than eight miles from the hotel and returned for them. The breakfast items were very good. Staff really cared about customers.

I miss note pad and pen left in room and regular making up of beds every day. This would not be a reason for me not staying with you again but I do miss services that have been eliminated because of budget cuts.
