The property location was good (close to the highway). Friendly staff with no check-in issues. A highlight: the woman in charge of the breakfast room was very nice and friendly.

The stairs leading to the 2nd floor seemed poorly constructed. The height and slope of the stairs varied so that it felt a bit uneven and dangerous. The property did mark some of the treads with yellow tape. Even so, we are sure other guests have noticed this problem and imagine there might have been some accidents because of it.

Quiet, spacious room with fresh air options. Staff helpful. Well located for Petrified Forest, Hopi mesas and Grand Canyon.

Over reliance on packaging and disposable, plastic cutlery etc in breakfast room. Need to get with the times on sustainability!

Old facility, but owners made a great effort to provide a very nice upgrade to most of what I saw. I felt very comfortable there. Breakfast was good, and free! Great location to stay if visiting Petrified Forest National Park!

While the facility clearly received nice updates, the room was missing USB ports to charge phones. Doors that go directly to the outside made it a bit noisy when truckers came and went late at night and early in the morning, but it was not too disruptive.

I requested a king size bed and was told that my request was accepted but when we checked in there were two queen beds and they were not abale to honor the commitment.

Room 155 did not have a box of tissue Drain stopper needs to be fixed, it collects water microwave was not cleaned( A cup of coffee was still inside)

Good standard continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious, updated and clean. Staff as on their "A" game. National Parks are a half hour away, plus you can see some of the old Rte 66 business. Winslow, AZ is down the road....... if you're a Eagles fan.

Pleasant check in. Decent breakfast with a smiley breakfast attendant . I liked the heater in the bathroom . Good supply of towels. Good lighting

Great location, near our fav local restaurant, Mesa Italiano. Breakfast looked terrific, only had time for coffee, which was better than most.

Hot tub would be nice after a long drive. Pool is seasonal.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

When we arrived the pool was a bit ‘leafy’ but this was rectified by morning - the staff are very good

The breakfast was one of the best! Great food, remember to factor that in to the price you're paying. Denny's conveniently located in parking lot of motel, but who needs Denny's when the breakfast provided was GREAT!
