Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holbrook

After driving for 12 hours, the Baymont was a pleasant end to the day. Comfy king bed, great showerhead with pressure. (The room below me probably didn't appreciate that this particular tub creaked when I moved, though) The owner was extremely personable and helpful. The hot tub was very hot, I'm guessing 104-105 degrees. Which was great for soaking my tired body for a few minutes. Breakfast included microwavable sandwiches, make your own waffles, and a nice choice of cereals.

One tiny thing, and it is tiny. No USB Charging ports in the room. And whoever said use the TV USB, it has to remain on in order for the port to be active.

Th staff, Dan ands Tanya were wonderful. The facility was very clean. The toaster wasn't working and Dan was wonderful to come over and get it working again. Super staff. Coffee, excellent and very hot.The a.c. unit worked very well and not noisy at all. The room very clean. Also, very quiet as I wanted.

The bed was soft. Its hard with so many travelers, and I hate to say but heavy over weight people. So I had to sleep in the middle. It throws my hip and back off out of alignment and its painful. A suggestions is to flip thew mattresses, and shift the feet to the head every 2 months.

▪️ The receptionist was friendly and quick; ▪️ The SPA area looked clean. t° of water in the swimming pool wasn't warm but it wasn't freezing either, the t° would be comfortable if you were hot anyway; ▪️ Huge comfortable bed.

▪️ Jacuzzi wasn't working when we were visiting; ▪️ We had a nonsmoking room but our bathroom smelled like cigarettes; ▪️ We couldn't connect to WI-FI for about an hour, there was a problem with the connection.

Excellent stay! We are driving across country, from Ohio to Phoenix, then back, helping a family member move. We were exhausted when we checked in. The staff was so kind and helpful, our room was incredibly comfortable. The bed envelops you. I'm disabled, and had a little trouble turning over in the fluff, but it sure felt good! The accessibility was great, the only issue was no elevator. I walk with a cane, so it was quite a climb to the 2nd floor. But I can't complain about anything else. All in all, very satisfied.

The lack of elevator

Room was large and had been spruced up. Nice bed, great TV, clean and quiet with close in well lit parking. Excellent front desk staff. Did not charge a pet fee while others in town charge $10-$15 a night.

Pool and hot tub not available as advertised on the website. Back door was not secured to key entry and just opened up to anyone. Breakfast was pretty sparse; just enough to get you by till an early lunch.

well kept up, lobby beautiful, clean rooms, breakfast very good but a little sparse. the room was clean comfortable, linens very soft, we were dry comfortable temperature wise too.

pillows way too big and hard. you could make 3 pillows with one. not even an hour in bed and my neck was really sore from being way too stretched sideways.

One staff member was enthusiastically friendly to our dog. He made us feel welcome and provided our dog with a treat. The pet friendly status of this location was very important to us.

The pet area was not well defined. Some of the places we stayed during our trip provided poop bags. This location was not one of them At breakfast, the coffee machine (a Keurig) did not work. We had to go back to our room to get any coffee where, thankfully, the in-room Keurig worked.

Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were clean. The breakfast was good for what they were working with. All breakfast was served in a bag and coffee was made and served to you. I was disappointed that I could not make up my own coffee with cream and sugar because the ladies serving could not get my coffee quite right, although they did provide cream and sugar for coffee to make your own in the room but the creamer given and available was not the cream I use.

Pool was way over crowded as well as the spa. During our two day stay me and my husband could not really enjoy the hot tub. This was due to multiple kids splashing and playing the hot tub with their parents. The signs posted clearly stated no children under 16 years old in the hot tub, but the rule was not enforced. The pool had a 14 person capacity and this rule was not enforced either. At one point during our stay I counted 23 people in the pool. This was including multiple teens who were jumping in with no regard for other people or smaller kids in the pool.

Great place to stay! Beautiful lobby, kind staff, reasonable price for the 2-room suite we got - a living/kitchen/bathroom area room with sofa bed and a whole other bedroom with 2 queen comfy beds, good a/c in both rooms, keurig in room, yummy breakfast, pool and hot tub!

Bathroom could have maybe used a lil updating as there was some peeling paint but honestly was fine with us, liked everything, and no complaints about staying there! Note: No elevator but we didn’t mind the stairs to our 2nd floor suite - might want to request first floor if that is an issue.

Comfortable room, suite was nice and spacious.

The card lock on the south end door was not working. Little bit of a pain if your room was on that end and you parked on that end.
