New hotel that is modern & clean. Rooms have the bed facing a different direction which was a nice surprise and made the room feel larger. Large outdoor patio area with fire pit, private booths inside with your own TV in the restaurant

The staff member running the bar area was slow, would make other people’s drinks before the one you ordered or would just flat out skip making your drink if it was a mixed cocktail. She was not professional and would stand at the register forever creating tickets for people still drinking at the bar but would insist they pay out.

That my original room was by the elevators and was open when I arrived. When I told the front desk that the deadbolt was stuck and the door was open, she tried assist but I didn’t want to stay in a room where I would have to fix the door coming in and out so I asked for another room.

Very accommodating staff. Exceptionally Clean and very quiet. Beautiful fire pit that was lit every night. Food and beverage on site to where you never have to leave the facility. Pet friendly and spacious rooms.

There was absolutely nothing about this facility that I did not like. I was asked every day (I stayed 3 nights) if I needed anything. They were great!

The wait to check in was long. But there was a baseball tournament in town and it took a little bit to check in. and I wish that the breakfast was included in the price of the stay.

The room is wide, quite and well organized. The bed is comfortable. Good WiFi connection. Excellent fitness center.

the cost of the food and beverages at the bistro was outrageously over priced and no breakfast free it’s all over priced which I think is ridiculous when you pay 160 a night.

The TV had technical issues the entire time. The breakfast was an extra charge which in addition to how much the room cost, just seemed not worth it to me.

I didn't get my deposit for the rooms back, and it took another 7.00 off my card. No free breakfast. Everything else was great.

the bed was not very comfortable, the snacks and drinks were very expensive, and there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby.

The property was brand new and it was nice and clean

The cable was out the entire day and night. I had small children and they wanted to watch cartoons. Not having cable was a BIG disappointment.
