Bed was comfy. Endless supply of hot water. New flooring. I loved not having carpet in the room. Room was clean.

There was no complimentary hand soap. At least leave a little soap to wash your hands. Towels & wash clothes smelled freshly but we're kinda dingy.

The only thing for me was that you could have a few more pillows on the bed and then everything would have been perfect

There was no free breakfast, as for the location it was great just a mile or 2 from my house. Here in Morrilton, AR. on this date the storms where really bad and this side of town was without power for 4 days. It was 110 degrees, no air, no TV, couldn't cook or nothing. It was awful... but then when I found out we were going to be without electricity until later at the end of the week I began to look for us a cool place to sleep bc we had to work. The comfort of having a nearby motel at times like this is an Asset to our community.

The next morning after i got to work around 9am cst I received an email that stated my lights were fixed so immeditely I called my the front office and a women answered, I told here the deal and told her i would be checking out early, a day early. So at noon when my husband went to lunch he went by the room and gathered our things and turned in the keys but they didn't give him a refund for the day/night not spent. I guess since he didn't give it to my husband I thought that maybe it had to be refunded online. Online is how I booked the room and paid for it here on the Booking.com site. That's been over 2 months ago. I have contacted them on here, and sent many messages to ask about the refund. I feel that I should be getting back half of what I paid bc it was $142 and some change, so now we are talking about $71.50 guestamite. Just saying half of what I paid is fair for a 2 day rental. At NOON all our belongings were out of the room checkout is at 11am, these people a aware of the storm and why i was there to begin with it was like almost I0 pm when we checked in. So, for 12 hours they have charged me $142 and some change.

The motel had listing on Booking.com that did not exist.. when I arrived they told room that I wanted was not available and up sold me a higher priced room. The decor is terribly outdated.. and bathroom fixtures were shoddy. Before checkout time the housekeeper let herself into my room while I was in the shower.

I cannot really rate the motel because they never received booking.com reservation although booking.com sent me a confirmation stating the motel has accepted my check-in time.

I had to choose a different motel at the last minute through booking.com and was told I would not receive my refund for 7 to 10 days.

The owner was rude and yelled at me over the phone when I explained I reserved a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed. He threatened to charge me for a service dog. The maid took the towels and never replaced them. The wifi did not work.

Bed was alright, and it was semi clean

First off, the door wouldn't open and finally on the tenth try it did. Then after we unpacked the TV wouldn't work. So, I went downstairs and they gave us another room to try. I went in and the TV wouldn't work either....Back down and told them, so they gave me a 3rd room to try.....Guess what...NO TV working there either. At that point I went back downstairs and told them look, I want a room with a TV...She then said her husband would come fix it. He came and got another rooms TV working and said we could move there. So we go back and try to open the door of the first room to move our stuff...The Door Wouldn't Open....The manager tried and the door wouldn't open...He finally had to go get a programmer to open the door. 2 hours later we are finally in a room with a TV. CAN'T GIVE A GOOD REVIEW WITH ALL THE BS WE PUT UP WITH. CHEAPER ISN'T ALWAYS BETTER...
