Holiday Inn Express & Suites Morrilton, an IHG Hotel

Great hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet. There was a strange smell when we first checked in but that was gone by the time we got back for the night. The staff was amazing (especially the gentleman who checked us in but I didn’t grab his name). Breakfast was basic and the same all three days but it was good and there are no complaints. The hotel is getting renovated but we didn’t experience any excess noise or construction issues at all! It’s about 25-30 minutes to petit Jean state park so a little far but not a bad drive at all. There is a Walmart about two minutes away and a variety of restaurants and fast food near by. Downtown morrilton is about 5-10 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here.

The hooks to hang towels and things in the bathroom was broken off in our room. Also the ax could have been a little colder but I’m a naturally warm person so that could have been me. Hopefully the very few small things will be fixed in the renovations! Overall nothing awful to say!

they rooms were great and staff very accommodating. they were wonderful

the entire month plus they never had their pool filled up. I had 5 kiddos that would have loved to swim but they filled it up a couple weeks before we left and did not open it up till after we checked out unfortunately

Breakfast was very satisfying. It consisted of our choice of scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mini-muffins, and three different types of cereal. Also available were bananas, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, and coffee. Adults and children alike will both find plenty to eat for breakfast!

Our stay was very pleasant. We didn't find anything we didn't like. If I had to have a critique, I would ask to have enough towels for my family put in the room ahead of time, so we didn't have to ask for more. Other than that, everything was great!

Very updated, modern, clean comfortable room. The included breakfast very nice. Loved that the room included a refrigerator. My trip to Morrilton was a bit stressful visiting family and coming back to my hotel at night was always a welcome treat!!

They served an outstanding breakfast! The staff was extremely helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and quick help you find a good spot to eat or find entertainment.

Breakfast was really good with a nice selection of continental and traditional American fare! Met some interesting folks while there!

The toilet literally sang while refilling, some creaky floorboards in room also.

Location, interior and cleanliness

You guys have big room to improve and that is breakfast! everyday same boring breakfast was disappointing.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. Conveniently located right off the interstate.

The only thing I wish was better was the hot water in our room to awhile to get hot enough to bathe/shower.

The pool was down and would not be repaired till next week. There was no message or notes letting me know the pool was unavailable until I arrived

Room very clean bed super comfortable.

Breakfast disappointing. Sparse. Frozen plain omelets warmed up. Opened a small milk carton for cereal poured out in chunks. Milk was expired.
