Conveniently located and the room was well appointed. the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. the bed was comfortable.

The front doors need to be automatic opening to the lobby. I watched several people with luggage struggle getting through them. My main issue is the carpet in the room is very dirty. I noticed it felt slightly tacky after my shower so I went to check my feet and ran a wet washcloth over the bottoms of my feet….you would have thought I walked outside in the parking lot. I realize it is downtime to have to shampoo carpets and let them dry but this tells me this has not been done in some time. To me, that is disgusting. This is not what I expected from a Wyndham property.

The hotel has been remodeled since our last stay. Breakfast was sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, muffins, and yogurt. Staff was friendly. The bathroom was well lit with large vanity. The towels were thick and new.

The bed was a little hard for our preference, but the sheets were clean and soft. (not soft because they were old!) The side of the hotel along I-49 is very noisy. We travel with a white noise machine so it wasn't too bad for us, but still a lot of noise. The location is a little tricky if you're not familiar with the area. Coming from the north is easier than from the south.

The bed was comfy. The room smelled great. I felt safe at this property. The bathroom was well lit, clean, well stocked and the bathtub was wonderful! It was a cozy place. The staff were all very polite and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and yummy. There were biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle-maker, baked goods, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice and hot coffee! AND they had fresh hot cookies throughout the day!

The couch in the room was a bit beat up and worn. I wasn't comfortable sitting on it so I sat on the bed or on the desk chair. The desk chair was well worn, too, but still comfortable. I don't expect everything to be brand new and perfect. For the price, I felt like I got my money's worth.

I loved the location as it was easy to access everything close to us. The check-in was easy and the lady who assisted us was very personable and even offered my children cookies! :)

Although some improvements have obviously been made (updated bedding, some decor, paint....there are a few things that still could be updated. The bathroom paint in room 118 is peeling above the door. There is no fan in the bathroom to assist with moisture removal. The showerhead is leaking, spitting water up at an angle to the top of the shower which in turn sprays over the top of the shower curtain and makes anything in the floor close to the shower and vanity wet. I did NOT mention this as I was checking out because I have two children and was just trying to get them out the door. I will stay here again because it was clean and for the value, I feel it was better than others close by.

The evening clerk Was amazing when I checked in was amazing. We were not sure the vending machine would take my card. So I could get drinks. She decided that she would take it upon herself to check see if she had enough to get me something to drink that night. Thank goodness a vending machine actually took My card. She went out of her way. To help me if there was an issue. I heard no neighbors or any wildness or loudness out of it. I plan on staying there every time I travel to Fayetteville.

The room was great. Even being on the street side the room was quiet. It is the only hotel I have ever been at where the desk and both nightstands had plugins and usb ports on the front where they were accessible. The bed was awesome!!! The people were great!

As in some of the other reviews the chair and ottoman were wore out. Due to how high the bed was the ottoman was the only place for this old guy to put his boots on. There was no support in the center of the ottoman so the springs were sprung.

Very clean, recently updated, and smelled good. The check in was easy and my favorite thing about this property is the hidden jewel out back..... A sparkling clean and private outdoor pool.

My room was directly above the front entrance so it did get a bit noisy in the early morning hours on Friday and Saturday. Other than that, we didn't have any issues at all. I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, full breakfast 🥞 and clean comfortable rooms at a great price

Staff was phenomenal (Rick I think it's who checked me in). I called because I was going to be arriving around 3am. He left a note on the door for me to call him because he would be in the back. He knew I would be tired so he already had evening ready to go for me, and gave me a late checkout without even having to ask because he knew how late it was hoping to be when I arrived.

Nothing, it was great.

had to ask for room cleaning if staying more than one day. didn’t expect that since normally housekeeping just comes in in the morning and makes up the bed and give fresh towels. also didn’t see the sign which said to request housekeeping if staying more than one night.

I was very pleased and happy with my stay. The front desk lady who’s name was Kim was very nice and accommodating she was wonderful! The rooms were clean and looked very nice!

The wifi services were bad and signal there was bad as well.
