Quick check in was quick and we had a comfortable room. The bathroom came with little complimentary items and lots of towels and robes. The breakfast had bagels, English muffins, coffee, fresh fruit and cereal. The location is great and the property beautiful. Lots of community space to have guests of the B&B join you and very clean.

There is no refrigerator for guests to use, so don't bring leftovers or soda/beer/wine if you need it kept cold. Glasses in the room would be nice, for water. Also, FYI, they request that after 10:30am, you don't partake in any of the food in the fridge that is for guests' breakfast the next day.

The location was great - on Dickson Street, but far away enough from the noise and close enough to get a quick Uber to wherever we needed to go. It was very quiet. We were in Room 2 and loved all the windows - we were able to leave most of our blinds open because of the beautiful trees right outside them. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the back garden - it looks amazing. The bedroom and bathroom were larger than anticipated - the bathroom was so nice with all the windows!

The breakfast was fine - we didn't know it was going to be a continental breakfast until we got there; it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast, but we were ok with it.

We would have appreciated actually having soap in the bathroom. There was no soap to wash hand or any soap to wash our bodies in the shower. Maybe a little more shampoo and conditioner sample would have been appreciated. With two people sharing a room , it was very minimal to share coupled with no soap whatsoever was not good as compared to an actual hotel accommodations. But other than that everything was excellent!!!

This is very beautiful, well-kept BnB, with cozy atmosphere, very friendly host, great furniture, with a view to forest and trees, as the temperature dropped, it was cold they had the fire place working. Very nice. The bedroom was excellent, but the shower room was elegant. Breakfast was set out every morning. This place is very charming, traveler friendly, and cozy. We would love to return and stay again. Thank you Robert and Eva!

Great location close to UArk but not so close that you hear all the noise! Gorgeous setting, super-nice host, breakfast was good. Felt so comfortable there, like we were in our own home. Could relax and enjoy time with our UArk student in a comfortable and quiet location, with hot chocolate and a fireplace going in the background. Highly recommend.

Overall very satisfied. House is beautiful. Our room was very spacious.

I asked if room could be cooler due to our location being the attic space. I was told a fan would be brought up. Never received or heard/ saw innkeeper. I feel they need to be more attentive. Husband remade coffee a couple times as it would be empty in the mornings. Overall nice stay but being a new establishment I feel a few bugs need to be worked out.

Great location close to Walton Arts Center and downtown. lots ofchoices for breakfast- all good. Staff left us on our own. Other guests were friendly. Beautiful rooms, wonderful ambiance and that backyard!!!

Bed was too hard. No amenities in bathroom considering the price of the room. I expected a bar of soap.

The apartment was nice and roomy for me, my significant other, and another couple of friends. The backyard landscaping was beautiful! The weather was nice, so we got to enjoy it.

The couch pull-out bed was springy and uncomfortable. I wish there were more to breakfast. Some bacon, eggs, waffles, etc. would have been nice.

The facility is an older home that has been repurposed for use as a BnB. The grounds around the home are very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch working after we arrived.

Breakfast was ok, not great. I would have liked more gluten free options.

beautiful property in a wonderful location. close the the heart of things in town but still quiet. very comfortable rooms. staff was accommodating and very friendly and helpful.

reservation system was a bit disorganized. difficult to reach the staff by phone in advance of our stay but once there communication with them was excellent.
