Breakfast service was friendly and prompt. Food was well prepared. Location was midway between airport and friends I was visiting. It was also near Lake Fayetteville Park which I wanted to visit. Bed was comfortable. When I checked in, the reception staff corrected an overcharge in the online pricing.

One wash cloth had a nasty black smudge and shouldn't"t have been in use.

The staff is always available and friendly. We actually stayed an extra night and had everything we needed at our disposal or upon request! Room was very clean and we like that we have actually had the same room 3 times in a row. Everything is always just the way it should be and housekeeping keeps up every single day even if you are there they will stop and ask if you need anything. We love the location because we are close to family that we are visiting but also anything you could need is either across the street at Walmart or Walgreens but also easy access to restaurants and much more!

The room was large and clean. Bed was good. Be aware this is a motel. No elevators. A bit dated. Cannot complain about the room at all. Front desk staff nice. Location was ok but realize this is not “downtown”. Several homeless individuals sroynd though they did not bother us. ALDIs next door. We did not do the breakfast as it is not included and the cost was $11 per person. Would be nice to have that included in the cost of the room.

Just need a breakfast included.

I really liked the value for my money! I felt the rates were reasonable, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my room. I didn't expect a luxury hotel, just a comfortable, safe, and clean room to sleep while we were in town for ballgames. This is exactly what we got and were able to save a little to have a nice dinner as well!

Although our room was clean, there were a few dead bugs behind the bathroom door and under the sink counter. Nothing was crawling (thank goodness), just need to pay a little closer attention to sweeping up in the corners. Unfortunately, as clean as the room was, that was all my husband seemed to notice.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV was very good, shower was hot & strong, each side of the king bed had USB charging. Nothing fancy, but everything worked. Felt secure in the room, neighborhood was ethnic and had ALDI next door, CVS next door, Walgreen’s and WalMart across the street. We would definitely come back…

I stayed at the Executive Inn while attending a track meet at the University. I made my plans late and closer accommodations had sold out. I chose Executive Inn because of favorable reviews but was figuring on a 30-minute commute. It turned out that going straight down Thompson/College to the University was quick and the commute ended up being 15 minutes or so. The location around Executive Inn was convenient - lots of places to eat, including a very good breakfast buffet at the Flapjack Restaurant connected to the property, and an ALDI, Dollar Tree, and Walgreens a short walk away.

We were greeted by a very warm, funny and welcoming gentleman. Although the decor is dated, the entire property is impeccably maintained. The bushes and plantings are trimmed and the lobby and rooms are very, very clean. We spent a little time on Friday night in Fatty's the attached bar. Go! But go in clothes you can bag and keep in your luggage because everything will be permeated with smoke. The unabashed enthusiasm of those doing karaoke is engaging. Mostly a country repertoire w/ a little Fleetwood Mac, collective Soul and Boy George thrown in. We did not have time for breakfast but I would anticipate a well produced small meal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only the dated decor. On the other hand I did relive the color scheme that my parents had in the sixties.

It was very nice, & clean. Location was great only 5 minutes from where we were going. Staff was very friendly. No problem at all checking in or checking out. Overall stay was Great!! Would definitely be staying there again when we are in Springdale, Arkansas

The Executive Inn and Suites was a very clean and spacious room! I have stayed at several higher priced hotels and had more trouble and not clean! You are pretty much in the mix of everything location wise and there is a great breakfast buffet connected to the hotel "Flapjacks" for about $12 a piece you have all the main breakfast items you could ever want and coffee or other beverage. Excellent service and good food. All within walkable distance and there is a Walmart right across the street!

It is on a pretty major road so it is kinda busy and there is a pub just inside the entrance check in area that is kinda loud and causes some commotion outside of rooms as they are leaving but I will say...I don't know that this is an all the time thing or just happens every now and then we were there on a Friday and Saturday night.
