Super 8 by Wyndham Hot Springs

Clean, quiet, location, friendly, comfortable

Price, don't get me wrong if you compare other prices and how unclean those places are I got a great deal because this super 8 was very clean and less than $100.00 my complaint is not for the price of the super 8 individually my complaint is how high prices on every hotel/motel has gotten whether it be one night, one week, or even a month stay, it's ridiculous having to pay close to $100.00 for just one night no matter how wonderful the facility is. Prices should be $30.00 to $40 average and no more than $50.00 for the historic or full kitchen type places that have more than your average amenities

Staff was pleasant, and helpful.

Lack of actual vending machines, items were available at the front desk but not convenient. Breakfast was lacking variety. We were there for a softball tournament, I had hoped for washer and dryer, but I didn't not double check the amenities.

Simple check in, clean and quiet rooms, no issues with leaving approximately 20 minutes after check out time.

In room heat/cooling wasn't great, it seemed to have an unpleasant smell and was relatively loud. I ended up turning it off. This was way better than some I've experienced but still not comparable to a "home" experience.

everything was great!! stayed at this property a year ago and was not pleased at all. I decided to give it another try and it was excellent!! I’ll never stay any where else when I come to Hot Springs to see my family!! thank you Super 8, you exceeded my expectations!! keep up the great work!!!

It is a quiet and very clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had asked for a room either on the first floor or near the elevator because I am elderly and walk with a cane. I didn’t get either so I wasn’t happy with having to walk a ways which is painful for me.

This is our second stay at this location. Having said that, I am very pleased with the attendant, the room, and the location. Affordable and clean is what I really care about and that is what you'll get when staying here. They have black out curtains incase you stay on the car dealership side.

It was south of the main area within 15 min drive of the park. Close to Lake Franklin. Its about 25 min drive to Lake Catherine state park. Lots of dining options close by.

The free breakfast was cereal and granola bars w bananas and fruit juice. We were told because of Covid the waffle iron was shut down. I saw that as a cop out. The barbecue grill is rusting away and barely usable.

Was only here for 1 night a stop while traveling through. Was allowed to check in late after being on the road, that was helpful. Everything met my expectations.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. Stayed with my daughter and the location and room felt safe, clean and warm. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved everything about this hotel! It’s in a great location, the staff is wonderful, it’s very clean and the beds were absolutely wonderful!!

There was nothing we didn’t like.
