TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Cute fire pit outside. It was outside of downtown but close enough for a short drive.

The hallways where so cold and the bed was really hard. They didn't offer any tips or suggestions on what to do while in town. The food was okay. They offer a cookie when you check in but no other time.

The weekend breakfast was really good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and property was very clean. Size of the room was okay, could of been bigger but we really were only there to sleep so it wasn't a big issue.

The bed took the word "firm" to a whole new level. Ended up sleeping on top of the blankets and extra comforter just to get some sort of softness to the mattress. Sound seemed to carry though the walls a bit more than was expected. You could hear just about everything from the room next door.

The room was nice. We had a kitchenette with sofa bed. Room was great, but very small for a room with kitchenette, yet it was comfy. The shower was great. Hotel was quiet and in nice location. Enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bed would be rated good, not excellent. Didn't like 40.00 hold on card.

Everything! The location could be hard to miss if you are not looking. It’s on the top of a hill tucked away in some random area. Totally unexpected. Once I got to the top of the hill I could see why the location was selected. The view was very impressive! So beautiful!!! My room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was the coziest bed ever! Literally! I wanted to stay longer, but wasn’t able to. My room was so quiet. The shower was so big with lots of hot water. And I actually loved the location in the first level, and the laminate floors! My room looked just like the pictures on the website. It’s been several weeks since my stay, but I think I had a Standard King room. The rate was good too. This place and the friendly staff became my standard for every Marriott hotel I stayed in while on my cross country road trip. Indi and his staff were so kind, attentive, helpful and accommodating. I ran into some snags while staying there. Basically I didn’t understand how to use my BonVoy account when booking my room with booking.com. I thought I’d used my Marriott BonVoy & secured a late checkout. Oof! Indi took the time to sit down with me and explain how to use BonVoy to best suit my needs. Though the issue was entirely my fault, Indi and his staff took responsibility, with kindness - no blaming or rude looks, and allowed me to have a later check out. The housekeeping lady was so nice and patient with me. She seemed so much like an old friend that I wanted to give her a hug. What I specifically like about TownPlace - the room size, the kitchenette, the ability to borrow small appliances and the various options in the workout room.

That it wasn’t my permanent residence. ;-)

The customer service was great! The staff went the extra mile for us the entire stay! Great location, that's close to everything, free breakfast, and clean! We will stay here every time we visit Hot Springs.

We travel to Hot Springs at least once a month for dr appts. And we LOVE this hotel!!! It’s so quite and comfortable and there are SEVERAL great places to eat very close!! And it doesn’t take but a few mins to get to Oaklawn if that’s where ur going!!! Our dogs are also very comfortable here!!!!!

This was my first time visiting Arkansas. TownPlace by Marriott my experience was exceptional. Because you guys made that happen. The rooms was very tidy, home like, me and my wife loved the hotel. All I the receptionist where all very jubilant. They had so much hospitality. Thanks to you we will always remember this. Thanks God bless. All the way from Texas.

Everything was awesome.

Loved the stay and property location was Perfect but I was over charged and whoever I spoke to was not very helpful. That should never have happened I had already paid for the stay.

Very clean and loved the kitchen space

Only two towels provided and too far from the historic district for our person interests. The gym could also use a recumbent bike instead of several treadmills.

The breakfast was ok... had some choices, certainly enough to get you out the door. No eggs, biscuits and gravy & sausage. Also, cereal, yogurt and wrapped muffins and a couple of varieties of fruit. Eggs would have rounded it out better.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and no soap dish for the bathroom counter. No big deal type things, but little things that make it more convenient/tidy.
