Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hot Springs

The staff was absolutely amazing! I have a little one that is terrified of showers and our original room only had a shower. They were able to move us to a room with a tub and were so nice and understanding about it. Any questions I had were quickly answered and taken care of. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

I would’ve loved to be able to connect to my streaming accounts. The TV selection wasn’t the greatest. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room so it wasn’t a deal breaker but I would’ve loved to be able to wind down at the end of the day to one of my shows. Also, I would’ve loved to see bacon with the breakfast or a different variety of cereals for the little one.

We, my husband and I stayed here 4 nights and we were pleasantly greeted and treated. The facilities were well kepted and the staff was there to accommodate us. Their breakfast was always fresh, warm and there was a variety. If there was a negative, it was the other guest. To the owners/managers of this establishment. To stay on top, protect what you got. The best rates, the staff, shuttle service, hot breakfast and cleanliness was in my opinion anyway, a 5 star plus some. It's those things (along with Oaklawn's horseracing) will be the reasons I will come back. Oh, I must mention Seth! Seth is a top rate kind of guy you want to keep as part of your team. He was working for you by providing our needs with a smile and kindness that felt sincere. Thank you, Mrs. Long Thank you Seth!

Other guests who may have had a reason to celebrate, I don't know but, the constant closing of their room doors late into the night was our only negative part of our stay.

We were very pleased with our first stay at the Microtel in Hot Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast. We did have an emergency occur and needed to return home earlier than planned and again, the staff was very accommodating in our request to check out early.

We like to travel with our grandchildren and a down-side of this particular hotel is that it has no pool. We would not be able to stay here when we travel to Hot Springs with them, as they all LOVE to swim and that it always a request they have.

Booked here to attend an event at the Casino. I knew the location was good for that, but there is also a free weekend shuttle to and from, which was wonderful since it rained that day. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast good, WiFi worked well, and room size was nice. Room had both a small fridge and a microwave and coffee (both regular and decaf) was always on in the lobby. All in all a great choice and more than I expected!

Even though the rooms were smaller generally (we had one of the smallest) they still managed to get every amenity in our room that we might need.

The showers were a little tight so if you turned it would make a really loud noise when you touched the wall. I also feel like our stuff consumed the room much quicker than it would in an average sized room and bathroom.

Modern and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Location was great to all the attractions. Would have loved to have an area to hose off my crystals that I mined.

The only disappointment was me leaving my Apple pencil on the bed. White bedding, white pencil. Never received a call from the hotel that it was found.

It was a great place for one night - it was quiet, brand new, and clean. It was kind of European in style, with functional seating built into the room, small bathroom. Instead of a closet, there was a hanging area by the TV. Kind of an unusual room but we really liked it.

The beds were on springs kind of like camp beds, and one of them squeaked whenever we rolled over in bed. I liked that there was a shower, no bath, but it probably would have felt cramped if I was a large person.

It was nice & clean, maybe a bit cold, & not that cozy feeling, but that wasn't a problem. It had plenty of eletrical plugs & usb plugs in the room. That was a plus for us for our phones & camera equipment batteries. It was well lit inside, & the morning breakfast downstairs was nice. Would stay here again.

Just a bit more cozy feeling to the room would be nice, & more seating.

Liked that the room was clean. It was smaller than I expected but it served its purpose. On way home and broke up the trip into 2 days (which is what we planned for).

I would have liked a little more place to hang our clothes. The hook in the room was almost too small for our hanging clothes.

The location was in the middle of everything that we did. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff that we met were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome!

The only thing that we would have like is another chair in our room. We had one desk chair for two people. One person had to sit on the bed when we weren't sleeping and that wasn't very comfortable.
