The staff were all excellent, kind & caring while still professional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The fridge & microwave were very clean. Anything I asked for were provided, such as extra towels, shampoo & conditioner & soap were all provided. The room was clean, spacious & had all amenities more expensive hotels provide. There was a very nice desk that I used a lot. It is a non-smoking hotel & I smoke. The outside smoking areas were very convenient. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous & accommodating. They did an exceptional job of making sure the rooms were very clean. My one & only complaint was the TV..... The stations were analog rather than digital. I wanted to watch the local news & ABC World News Tonight, which I couldn't. The reason that was so important to me is because I am homeless due to a fire in June.

I already covered the one & only complaint I had, which was miniscule compared to how excellent the room was.

Liked the location, peace and quiet, and the breakfast

Didn't like that the room door wouldn't completely shut unless you pushed and pulled on it. Didn't like that I had to go to another floor to get ice when there are 3 ice machines... one on each floor and only one machine is working

it could be a little cleaner. the bathtub wasn’t very clean. i understand it is an older hotel. I was very comfortable there all the staff including the people who clean the rooms. all in all it was ok. thanks

The hotel room was clean and quiet.

After checking in I found out that the pool was closed and the hotel was not offering breakfast because of Covid restrictions. I asked if I could get a discount on my room rate because of this and was told they could not because I booked online. They should not have advertised free breakfast if they could not offer it.

Everything was worth the price for the nights

Unfortunately, the charge me 3 nights extra and it's taken almost a month for the returns to get back on my card. Still waiting for it

This facility surprised me since the night before I had stayed at another Baymont Inn that was half as nice for twice the price.

There wasn’t a single vending machine in the 3-story building. I take that back. I located two on each floor. They were all “Out of Order”. Very mysterious.

The fact that I was able to check in at my convenience and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I intend to return in the future

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was very cozy comfortable and clean. Made My stay very enjoyable.
