Hampton Inn Jonesboro

The gals that checked us in were personable. They were able to offer suggestions for a restaurant walking distance. They kidded back with us while joking around! The breakfast bar was pleasing to the eye and the food was fresh in the morning. The gal setting it up was inviting and very nice. The manager took time to talk to us and ask how our stay was! Excellent experience! Awesome after a long day of riding in the heat! Thank you from the biker gals!!! 😁😎

Not a thing!

We enjoyed the spacious room. We enjoyed the comfortable bed. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility. We enjoyed the abundance of outlets in the room to charge our devices.

The main thing we didn't like was being next to the elevator and the house keeping closet. Too much noise and traffic since the room was next to the elevator.

The breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating. I questioned the sausage and staff told me it was pork. Then she offered to prepare turkey sausage links for my family. The room was spacious.

The bed was a little stiff.

Breakfast was good both mornings that I ate. Greatly appreciated that they still enforced Covid rules. And I also likes the fact I was allowed early check-in.

I know its out of the hotels control but there were a lot of unattended children on my floor going in and out the 2 rooms across the hall from me. Not a big problem during the daytime but at night it was a bother trying to sleep.

Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was pretty good and hot and they also had a to go option to just grab and go. Staff was all nice and the beds were so comfortable. It’s close by some restaurants and close to Arkansas state university.

It was a good stay, nothing negative to say.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful to my needs. The bed was very comfortable. And the room was very clean and put together.

I didn't have an issue whatsoever.

Lilly at the front desk was super helpful, she not provided great service but went beyond to even make sure I was using my rewards program to it full extent. She did a wonderful job!!

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Even though it was right off main highway with traffic it was quiet.

Breakfast was ok, although the potatoes had been frozen and the sausage didn't really have a taste. Enough of a selection to pick and choose something to eat.

Everything else, the staff was awesome, the breakfast and coffee were good. Room was clean.

We were given a handicapped room and we aren't handicapped. That room should've been left open for someone that needed it. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but I've slept on worse.

Beds were great plenty of pillows. Staff super diligent on keeping guests safe. Offered hot breakfast that was " made to order", encouraged social distancing but still allowed eminities to be accessed
