Comfort Inn & Suites Russellville I-40

I love the fact that when i left the room, and returned i had fresh towels, made up bed, and they even folded the end of the toilet paper roll every time I was out and returned at the end of the day. everything was perfect. They paid close attention to little details. The desk clerks , guy in the evenings and lady during the day was exceptional, in catering to whatever needs i had. I felt like I was staying with family, and the comfort was like none other I have ever had anywhere else. For the price, it was definitely worth it! Also the breakfast was awesome. It was much more enjoyable than I realized it would have been. I'll definitely go back again.

Free hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean room room and clean throughout. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large.

The only thing I could complain about was that the hot tub was out of order, the pool was pretty cold, and the elevator was being worked on, it seemed several times during our stay.

Great location with shopping and many food options close by. Also very close to the interstate, but still quiet.

Hot tub didnt work. I choose a lot of hotels based on having one to relax after a long day of riding and more often than not, they don't work. Really annoying.

The property was very clean inside and out. The room was very clean and comfortable! We were very impressed! The front desk staff was very courteous and professional, greeted us with a very pleasant smile.

Th staff was polite and friendly. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I didn’t wake up once I laid down which is very unusual. My granddaughter said it was the best bed she’s slept on except her own!

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast ended too early. I was too busy enjoying my sleep!

The hotel seemed to be very well maintained with modern touches, the parking lot was nice and clean. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel welcomed!

Breakfast was fine. Had a handicap room which I needed and appreciated greatly it was close to front entry and door of hotel. The only thing was though they had the perfect shower there was no shower chair or stool.

First room would not accommodate our needs. The staff immediately changed us to a different room.

The coffee provided in the room was terrible. The hotel does not provide the artificial sweetener Splenda. There is better coffee, served 24 hours a day, in the breakfast area.

Bedding was so comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast hot and fresh. Price was great especially for the amenities. And pool area was very nice loved the hot tub.

The indoor pool was really too cold to enjoy. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel over others in the area so it was disappointing.
