Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel

Excellent location, very clean, and a good price compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff member who checked us in did not inform us that she was giving us a room for people with disabilities. The bathroom had no counter space—only a sink that allowed for a person in a wheelchair to use it easily. There was nowhere to set my curling iron or brushes or hairspray which made getting ready in the morning very cumbersome and difficult. When I discovered what the bathroom was like, I would have requested that they change our room, but my husband was too tired and did’t want to be bothered!

Had everything I needed and parking was close. Floor where room was pretty quiet which I liked since I was there for stressful reasons.

Other elevators/ exits to outdoor parking lot for handicap. Also even though the hotel not the worst I’ve seen it definitely needs to be renovated because rug is looking pretty bad where I don’t want to walk barefoot on it. And better cleaning in bathroom/tub.

everything was fine until we did not receive the service we paid for

we rented our room for two days and never imagined that our room would not be cleaned every day. We were out the second day came back late and found out that we had no clean towels, bed not made no shampoo or soap and when we call the front desk they said the rooms would only be cleaned if we asked for it. Where on earth did this come from, even if you rent a room at a motel 8, they provide this service. This was not the first time we stayed here and it will be the last!

It was a really big and welcoming space! I felt so comfortable here, it certainly exceeded my expectations! The rooms were also very spacious with a very comfortable bed. There were great perks such as iced flavored water in the lobby.

BAR HAD EXCELLENT SELECTION, BARTENDERS BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO ACCOMODATE CLIENTS.

RESTAURANT HAD A LIMITED MENU, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF CHICKEN PICATTA HAD A VEGETABLE OFFERING OTHER THAN MASHED POTATOES, FOUND A BETTER DEAL AFTER CHECKING IN FOR SAME HOTEL

Staff member was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help our group stay on the same floor to allow us to efficiently travel to and from a wedding together. I really appreciated the willingness to help!

We wish check in was just a little earlier, perhaps 3pm.

Nice clean and overall just huge had a great time

I really just wish the t.v have you the option to watch Netflix or other streaming services.

Location was central. Rooms were quiet at night. Everything we needed was there.

Property may need a little touch-up here and there. But considering the times we are in. Its very respectable.

Comfortable bed. Early check-in possible. Helpful staff.

The rooms are a bit “dated” in furnishings. Window didn’t open.
