The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but near many restaurants and Services. It’s small and the lobby is nicely decorated. The rooms are pretty standard but comfortable and well equipped. I liked the free parking, free Wi-Fi, the snacks available in the lobby, and the complementary breakfast with good coffee. The bed was comfortable, and I was impressed with the cleaning of both my room and public areas.

Most of the staff were friendly but a couple who did not speak English were rather stern-faced. The rooms have small balconies but I don’t think they are ever cleaned and they could use some attention.

Location was good and convenient, staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and come with a small fridge, blackout curtains, free water. Chinese instant ramen is available and there is a possibility to use a microwave and washing/dryer machine, which is convenient. Breakfast was only ok, nothing changes from day to day, so after 4 days of the same it gets a bit boring, however it’s good to have it included in the room rate.

Not smth that can be changed easily, but bathroom was on a small side. We didn’t use the pool, but could see that it was quite small and shallow, so if you decide to book this hotel because of the pool than it probably will not meet your expectations. Carpets could do with some deep cleaning.

Room size was huge. The internet service was faster than most properties at 90Mbps down & 30 Mbps up which is great if you use a VPN. Staff hospitality was wonderful; room was well planned out and detailed.

Upon entering my room I was greeted by the shrieking sound of the bathroom ceiling fan. Why didn't the maid report this to maintenance to be fixed? I had to figure out how to keep the sensor in the bathroom from turning it on every time we entered the bathroom. Other issue was the wifi on the third floor was not working. This should be a regular check done by staff. Breakfast area needs to be reconfigured to handle the volume of guests attempting to use it.

Exceptional food.

Not Most of the time sofas are stain and unclean there to much dust in some rooms.. Some desk chairs are torn....Clean but with some nonexceptional. The 2nd and 3rd floor are purty noisy at night and during the day time.....Quiet promotes confort. At times I ask clerk to give one view and she does the opposite. That's show there customers service is not as an exception mal point. Morning people need to work on the key management. For example, you pay one week and the key needs to be renewed every day. That's disrespecting customers rights...

Complimentary items and snacks in room and upgraded rooms were very nice. Hotel lobby was roomy and offered tables for gathering with free coffee, tea and water as well as use of the microwave and purchasable microwavable food options - great for kids. Also, the rooms were quiet, even though there was a busy street right outside, we couldn't hear the traffic.

The pool could have been warmed since it was chilly out. Kids love hotel pools. Also, requested adjoining rooms in advance & they were not able to accommodate. Not the end of the world since the rooms were next to each other but it would have been nice to be adjoined. They also need more seating for the breakfast crowd. Can't beat the included breakfast though.

The check in process was really easy. The lady at the front desk was really nice and patient. The lobby and room looked really good. I was surprised especially with how much we ended up spending for the room. The neighborhood seemed pretty peaceful too since it was in a more residential area. I also liked the breakfast offered as well as the snack that were available for guest.

Maybe the parking? Once the lot is full you have to figure out where to park. But it is CA and it seems like a lot of people park on the side of the road. We took note of that in case we ever got back too late to find parking in the lot provided.

Every employee was so friendly and working all the time to make our stay so comfortable! breakfast was included in the stay, but the quality of food and items you can get were BEYOND EXPECTATION!!! Lisa prepared our breakfast every morning at cafe area, always sticking items. Food was delicious & fresh!! Highly recommend!!! Smoke free Hotel--- they really keep this hotel smoke free!!! Room was absolutely clean and did not smell at all, also common areas were kept clean and smoke free! Front people were also nice, waiting to serve guests with warm home baked cookies. I've never seen this kind of kindness/ welcoming atmosphere anywhere else!

Nice and safe neighbourhood with plenty of place to eat nearby. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, the beds were very comfortable. Complimentary water and snacks, coffee maker in room. Great to have laundry facilities in the hotel. We will come here again next time.

We stayed there for 1 week and absolutely had a good time. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, the room is spacious and comfy, the staff there are all friendly and kind, especially Lydia's lovely and warm, she made sure that we had everything we needed during our entire stay. We're also satisfied with the free breakfast, free parking, daily new towels, and tasty cookies they served, they even helped us collect our parcels at the front desk free of charge. Overall, it's a great experience that is beyond our expectations, highly recommended!

We had a hot water issue on our first day, but they promptly resolved it. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Me check-in was flawless..the young man that checked me in was professional, very kind, knowledgeable of the questions I ask and A-1 customer service! He was also efficient and explained/ directed me where things were located, what time breakfast was and if I needed additional assistance to feel free to call the front desk! I will be not ONLY utilizing this hotel, I will be telling everyone I know about it
