I really liked the location as it was convenient to all of the locations I had to visit for work. The room I had was nice and spacious and housekeeping was daily and fantastic. It was nice that the elevator went directly to the garage, but I didn't figure this out until a few days into my stay (so perhaps the front desk could mention this at check-in!). I also had a great view of the mountains from my window, so that was an unexpected delight!

The parking fee seemed excessive, especially since the garage didn't appear to be full and people came and went, so perhaps I was there during the off-season. I also thought the shower fixtures and tub seemed out of date.

Still have to pay for WiFi, and the reason is becoz I booked through third party which is booking.com, if I booked direct to Hotel I will get free WiFi which cosy USD 10.00/day. This is year 2022!!! I have been travel through USA eve stayed in 2-5 Stars hotel, everywhere offer Free WiFi. This is ridiculous to me. Management need to update!!! Amenities always not enough, need to ask everyday, And what is unpleasant is one reception told me my booking include Breakfast, the next day they told me it is not include. Very Professional! I hope my point will concern to Hilton management to improve your quality as you advertise.

the bathroom wasn’t very clean

The staff overall were really nice. My family and I have a language barrier that was easily overcome with the many people that spoke the language at the hotel. It made my life and my families life easier.

The hotel was right in front of a road, there were some noises that couldn't be blocked out with doors and the windows that lead inside and outside the hotel.

great location if you like Asia food. many restaurants around and walking distance to Chinese market.

Need to change the bathing, very old and dangerous, You need the slipper mat! And shower faucet need to cahnge, it is not function. And carpet need to be clean properly

Location was great for commuting, and in a suburban part of town that was convenient and easy to navigate. Room was quiet and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! There were sufficient TV channels so I could wind down with a movie on HBO. Rooms also have mini fridges, which is great for leftovers (as long as you don't need to heat them up).

The fitness center (particularly the floor) could use some attention. Guests need to be able to get on the floor to stretch and put their bags down on a clean surface.

location is good, a lot of restaurants near by. room is big enough for family of 4.

room is basic clean but not super clean, there was some stains on the ceiling and under the counter in the bathroom. bed and pillows are too soft. Room is too dark, not enough lights in the room.

I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. My favorite thing is that it's right across the street from a great shopping center. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm already certain it will not be my last.

It was difficult to make the room as warm as I would've liked. Additionally, perhaps it's my own fault but there didn't seem to be a way to completely turn off the light in the bathroom. At the very least, there's a small light at the bottom of the mirror's frame. Nothing that closing the door can't solve.

This was my third stay in 3 years, and I'm always so pleased by the friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel room, the comfortable bed, and the close proximity to several shops, restaurants and a grocery store. They are literally right across the street. Thank you for another wonderful stay. It will not be my last!
