The room was cleaning comfortable and well appointed overall

The bathroom light has a motion detector. I like that feature, don't get me wrong. The problem is that they have the primary bathroom lights turn on which is burning with the fire of a thousand suns. Rather an Abrupt shift in illumination when you walk in there in the dark. I wish it would be switched to the light in the shower itself. Which gives enough light for you to see what you're doing and not be too bright. That way you can choose if you want to turn on the primary bathroom light depending on your needs

Best hotel I've stayed at. Staff was exceptionally kind. Hotel was SPOTLESS. Decor was contemporary with Asian design. Location had more than plenty of stores in walking distance. The coffee in suite was Starbucks. Beautiful courtyard. Parking seemed safe enough and reasonably priced. The value is out of this world. The cost is so low for a 5 star hotel.

There's nothing I didn't like. The traffic was kinda congested and it sits on the corner of a poorer residential street but I'm actually not complaining. That's just the least appealing thing but not necessarily bad.

I like the pool, gym, restaurant,loby, location, people, parking etc

Location and deco, easy to navigate. Nice shower and really love the hand soap, shampoo and bath products. Super comfy bed as always, that is the one thing makes us continue choosing Marriott chain over others.

Bathroom seems pretty clean but found a clump of hair on the floor by the bed and spilled juice on the lamp. Bathroom light makes a high pitched sound which is pretty annoying. Front desk staff did the basic room key service and did not seem to bother to provide any additional information about the hotel. Good thing we are familiar with the areas. The staff helped us check in didn't recognize the Marriott phone app when asked about the Marriott points program. My husband was kept awake the 2nd night because the noise next door after midnight, we were trying to turn up the fan level but didn't help. Maybe was the weekend and people are partying late.

this hotel has the best, most accommodating, nicest and professional staff, who makes your stay there unforgettable. Cherry was so kind and indefinitely patient! we had some special requirements, and she assisted with every single one of them! She really made us feel like we’re staying with the family. The hotel was a splendid building. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and the bathroom with walk in shower was very good

Location was in the middle of the Chinese area and 20 miles from the centre which was a problem in getting a taxi to the city and more importantly back. Bar was limited hours and had no draft beer available during our visit.

the room was massive. very clean. excellent amenities. the staff was lovely.

no microwave, no room service for lunch, uncomfortable couch for sleeping, nothing to clean the counter with when I spilled coffee. most food places within walking distance were either asian or fish.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, everything looked brand new and the staff were very friendly and inviting.

I loved my stay but the only thing I would improve is to offer a few more options at the restaurant for days when guests want something different than Asian food. It would be great to have a bit more variety.
