Our room was so cozy and clean! The staff was kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

There's nothing really that I didn't like, but I do have a suggestion. Add welcome water in the rooms and at the breakfast bar. The breakfast options were great, but having water as an option would make it better.

I love this property, the patio was so private, no one at the pool walking by could look in. The room was so comfy it truly felt like home. The appliances in the kitchen looked very new. Loved the mirror in the vanity area

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. After booking the hotel I decided to read the reviews and was terrified and really contemplated cancelling our reservation. So glad I didn’t because the reviews were not true at all. The place was welcoming, quiet, great location to get to and from where we wanted to go, had everything we needed and we felt safe and comfortable. The room was clean and no sign of pests. They even made our stay extra special with an unexpected anniversary gift.

- decent breakfast (banana bread!!!, muffins, cereals, coffee, milk, fruits) - fairly sufficient parking - has elevators and luggage trolley - nice decor in lobby - feels like an old mansion setup - automatic coffee machine (much better than the brewed one) - had fully functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven - has tv and closet - has patio and table/chair for evening or morning coffee!! - close to Disneyland - 3 miles - grocery & restaurant right in front / walking distance - front desk staff (Juliana and Michael) were very helpful and friendly. Gave us extra bedsheets and took my rental replacement car keys on my behalf - very helpful

- no hot breakfast item (egg etc) - old rustic rooms and interior - small breakfast area - rooms were smaller than expected - bathroom (one of the 2 rooms) was a bit old and worn out. - not sure why but no daily room cleaning and we have to put trash and used towels outside. we had to get our own towels from front desk - parking for large cars can be tricky - bit tight at times

everything was great as always! this is the only hotel we ever stay at when we visit LA because the hotel is not only cute and comfortable, but the staff are also friendly and helpful, along with it being in a great location from the amusement parks we come to visit there!

At most hotels (I’d say every other hotel I’ve been to actually), the deposit fee was only $100, so I anticipated only needing that much of a deposit during check-in, but it turned out to be $200 which I hadn’t prepared at that moment, so it was a slight inconvenience. However, it was my fault for having not called to double check about the price of the deposit fee, so it’s not something that I am mad at towards the staff or anything, just the fact it’s a bit pricier than most other hotels from my experience.

Beautiful property! My kids always loved watching the fish in the fountains every time we entered and exited the property. My room was clean. Stocked with everything. I loved the private patio as well. (First floor room 118). The pool was fun too!

Being in a room right next to the lobby was loud. Often hearing coworkers and guests laughing and talking until midnight. It was hard to fall asleep with the chatter. (Room 118)

There was attention to detail. It was a lovely place with all the Spanish charm. Good location, and acceptable amenities. Really appreciated the space, the balcony, the cleanliness and comfort. I LOVED the mirror with the diff light settings and dehumidification built in. Great shower too.

There was no body lotion! This was extremely surprising because I haven't stayed in a hotel that didn't have body lotion in a really long time, if ever. Definitely need to install body lotion in the bathroom same way they have the body wash, shampoo and conditioner

Room size was nice with little couch, big TV, kitchenette, and enormous sliding glass doors with closed in veranda. I love the beautiful bougainvillea crawling the building, Spanish style vibe, as well as the veranda which boasted planted hydrangeas, cute table and chairs, and even a little fountain (with tall walls for security). This is a great location if you need something in or around Anaheim.

Breakfast was there, but slim pickings - even to get you out the door, for sure. I could hear the people above me running around on the last night.

The hotel was clean and safe which was what I was mainly looking for. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking was free!! it was a good distance from Disneyland and the property was well taken care of. It was also a good distance from Walmart and other supermarkets.

I don’t have much complain. All I would say is that if you are looking for a hotel that offers a full course breakfast than this might not be for you. It is a to go bar BUT the coffee is great!
