it was clean, everything was confortable, the crew was polite

the breakfast is not that good, but its fare

Surprisingly newer than what I thought. It was just right for us. Bathroom was clean and towel provided. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was just right to fill us. There were cinnamon rolls, muffins, bread, cereals, tea/coffee, milk and waffles. The location was so convenient. Only 10 mins drive from Disneyland. There is a small laundry facility which is useful.

There was no laundry soap sold in property so needed to go out to buy.

Location to theme parks and other Orange County attractions was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and a/c worked great! TV not working when checking in, but was replaced the next morning. Room cleaned and bathroom restocked everyday.

Only thing that was a problem was the windows to the street. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking Beach Ave. and the glass seemed paper thin. You could hear every vehicle going by all night, so we left the a/c fan running all night to drown out the noise. I asked for a room not on the street when booking, but that didn't happen.

The room was a perfect size to accommodate 3 people. The bathroom was so spacious! Breakfast was offered, however it is limited in selection. They offered coffee, tea, toast with jam packets, cereal and mini muffins. In regard to location, we were driving no more than 20 minutes to visit places (e.g. knotts berry farm/soak city 6min, adventure park 5min, Disneyland 15min, reptile zoo 20min, AMC 20 22min). For breakfast we went to 8th Haus Cafe, Broken Yolk Cafe, and S&J Cafe. Loved that their pool was always clean! There's a really good taco stand near CVS (1min drive up the street, cash only).

The only downside was their breakfast selection. I wish they offered waffles. Other hotels we've stayed at has the batter in machines and all you do is pour a little in a cup, place it in the waffle maker and it cook's itself.

it was not expensive as other hotels right next to Disneyland but also it was an 8 minute drive to get to Disney 

The cleanliness was pretty good but when I left in the morning, there was a lot of different type of construction is going on (like painting, for example) so I had to walk completely on the opposite side of the building to get downstairs to my car because I was in third floor.

Staff was amazing. Went out of their way to help us in check in to have adjoining rooms. They were super friendly and pleasant. For an older hotel, they have done well keeping it updated for the cost. Nothing was wrong except a cracked sink (not leaking) and they took note. AC was cold and showers / bath clean and modern. Room had older furniture but you could see mattresses were recently replaced. Sheets and towels smelled slightly of bleach, a good thing!

Only thing that really is not a complaint, pool is cold this time of year, but clean and treated. Did not stink nor dirty. Water temp was same as ocean, but that's California!

The room was spacious and fridge worked super well. Thank you very much for the complimentary breakfast. The coffee was a good start to the morning.

I had requested downstairs rooms since January because I had 2 handicapped members in our family including one in a wheelchair and we were sent to the 3rd floor. The first night we wr missing shower curtain, tv remote and ironing board. The next day we did receive the remote and shower curtain but never the iron board. Sad the ice machine was not working. Other than these tiny items, the stay was wonderful.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were nice and polite all the time.

he front desk lady wasn´t so friendly as the other staff members. The guy at the front desk at night didn´t speak spanish so it was hard for my mom to communicate with him so I had to help her out, even though the hotel said they all speak spanish.

The only problem i had with my stay was seeing the maids cleaning items left around outside.. i seen about 3 toilet plungers just laying around in 2 different spots around the guestrooms.. also by the 2nd stairs furthest from the front desk seemed to be where the maids would just leave there stuff out..

Staff were friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was simple, but ok for me, most places on that value don't offer breakfast. I liked this hotel, the good thing is they got a big free parking, I was always able to find a place to park. If you want to go to disneyland it is a good option, but you will need an uber, i used a bus as well but you will need to walk 20 min or so

well the hotel met my expectations so I dont see anything bad
