Staff was very friendly You get what you paid for type of hotel. Very good location. Pool was nice. Vending machine in lobby was stocked. Great Mexican taco stand resturant behind hotel. Walking distance for stores, food and Soak city. Cab or bus options to Disney.

They haven't updated anything online and was very disappointed to learn that they no longer have the Disney shuttle and no longer serve breakfast

Though the bathroom could use updating, the rooms were acceptable with super comfy beds. Sink is outside the toilet/bath area which made it easier to get ready without having to wait for whoever to finish in the shower.

Wish they still had transportation from the hotel to Disneyland but it wasn't that far of a drive, maybe 10 minutes, and we expected to pay for parking in any case. We wound up saving in any case because we didn't have to pay the Anaheim city tax for our hotel stay. Bringing back the breakfast would be convenient, but they stopped offering it when Covid-19 hit.

The convenience to Knotts berry farm is great. The price of the room is good to. We have stayed here a few times before and will stay here again. The family room is two queen beds and a bunk bed. My family of six fits in here perfectly with plenty of room. The beds are more comfortable than Knotts hotel.

Ok things that could be fixed. The size of the closet door in-compared to the closet it’s the wrong size doors. My 9 year old had to turn sideways to get it. So luggage won’t fit in the closet. Bathroom heeds a remodel. Last but not least RIP OUT THE CARPET BURN IT AND REPLACE IT. My suggestion it to replace it with vinyl floors of laminate. Your feet get sooo black just walking from the bed to the bathroom. Looks like I was walking the parking lot barefoot.

The pool was lovely and the beds were comfy. Maid service everyday with fresh towels. Great location for Knotts Berry farm. Uber’s to Disney we’re between $10 & &15. Parking was ample. Good hairdryer in room, lots of storage space and was pretty quiet at night.

We did have roaches in the room and at one point a mushroom growing in the bathroom, however after staying in 3 other properties whilst in America I was glad to get back to the roaches because the others were horrendous and made this hotel look like a palace.

The location was amazing! Clean rooms, nice staff, great pool. You can watch the Knott's Berry Farm fireworks from your room and walk to several tourist sites -- no parking fees! Walked across the street to the waterpark, walked back to our room for lunch, and then back to the waterpark. Great for families!

Breakfast was not served as advertised. Stingy with the ice. Elevator was out of commission on the day we needed it the most (three flights of stairs!)

it was very spacious clean everything we needed was in the room already. It was very convenient for our trip. The price was amazing.

The only thing is it needs to be a little updated, but it needs a little TLC, but the room was always clean, which is the most important knowing days and it was comfortable. The sheets were comfortable pillow feel comfortable. Everything was amazing.

I was able to get a suitable room for my friends and me at the last minute for a good price. The pool was heated, so it was really nice to swim in. The beds were comfortable, and it had a mini kitchen area, so even though we had to purchase a portable stove, we still had a place to cook our food and clean our dishes.

The only thing I would say I would've liked is a mini stove as a part of the kitchenette, and possibly free breakfast.

This place is located right across the street from Knotts Berry Farm & Knotts Soak City only 12minutes away from Disneyland. Love that they offer the Family Suite with 2 Queen Beds & Twin Size Bunk Beds!! The staff were friendly and they cleaned our room even tho we left everything out and a mess they cleaned under our luggage made the beds and put it all right back the way it was on top of the bed.

I loved that there was an extra bedroom and a bunkbed. The heated pool was amazing for the kids. Very very nice.

There was too much noisy traffic, and you can hear the traffic going by. There is a big gap between the floor and underneath the door. The second night I stuffed a towel in there to cut down on the noise.
