The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet.. no noise issues at all.

The only thing I would change is the food at the restaurant. I very seldomly turn back a dinner, but this time I almost did, had it not been for the time. The pot pie chicken was very tough and chewy - kind of the way it may be if the pie had been sitting around a while and reheated. The wine was great and my business partner's meal was good. May have been an anomaly. Other than that, the food was served very quickly and the timing of all food was perfect. Thanks for giving me the oppoitunity.

For a Holiday Inn this was really quite good. Check in was excellent and we had a small problem with our door lock which was handled well. The breakfast waitresses act in getting e a decaf coffee for breakfast.

An escape staircase was a long way from our room. The bar closed at 9pm. There was no decaf at Breakfast to which I reacted negatively; so one of the waitresses rushed downstairs and got me a cup from the Lobby. That part was terrific

Did not eat breakfast. Location excellent. I felt so at home there that I didn’t want to leave. I could’ve made my home in that room I stayed in. Staff from front desk to cleaning crew to maintenance were absolutely service oriented. So nice and genuine also. NO noise at all until 2nd night. (I ended up staying 2 nights). Then I heard people upstairs walking. Also, both days it smelled like something electrical burning in my room. I turned a/c off but smell didn’t go away. After awhile I thought it was probably from the restaurant on the same floor as me but the hall didn’t smell and neither did my bathroom but it was a burning smell. It even woke me up.

Everything was so perfect. The pool also! What a great blessing that was. As perfect as my stay was, I thought it was a little too expensive. There’s nothing more u could’ve done to make my stay any more enjoyable but just a little too much money.

We stayed in a pet-friendly room with 2 queen beds facing the courtyard. There was adequate space to move around, the room was very clean, and quiet at night. We did not take advantage of the restaurant (dogs) or much of the other space (dogs). We did use the front lobby large table to play cards but one of us stayed in room with the dogs. Thank you for the dog stations outside. Access to freeway is priceless! Very centrally located.

Very inviting, clean, nice and comfortable beds!! Staff was very helpful when we needed it Was easy to get to. It was over 100° both days were there and the air conditioning was amazinv!amazing!! And very easy to use.

The back of our toilet was leaking so there was a puddle of water in the bathroom.

We paid extra for buffet breakfast but we’re not told what time it closed. The day we left we showed up for breakfast at 9:45 and found out they closed at 9:30. We were not able to use the voucher and lost out on breakfast that morning. I advised the front desk of this and they made no offer to compensate us for a meal we could not use. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Easy on and off access. Rooms were beautiful and very clean.

There is no signage for the motel from the street it is on (Garfield), and we were guessing where the lobby was and such after the gps got us to the address and it is not obvious from the street. Although their cable channel list says they have MSNBC on their Directv, when we got there it was giving an error message and we were told the package must have been downgraded or something. Disappointing to say the least, although I love Directv and having the guide. That said, for $169/night it seems like they could have the major news outlets for us.

The lobby is modern and attractive. very nice. The room decor great. Conference room adequate but the lighting was stark.

The spa was out of service and pool was cold. No poop bags and plenty of smokers at entryways. Excessive barking of big dog down the hallway.

Perfect location, downtown Auburn 5 mins away on foot. Ample parking, On site restaurant. Pool area nice. Room temperature comfortable, heating and cooling available.

Breakfast expensive. Restaurant service a bit slow.

Coffee was super weak in the breakfast buffet Powdered creamer only supplied in room, they should have the liquid creamer pods Pillows were uncomfortable and no extra blanket provided
