Best Western Heritage Inn

The location and the staff for this visit was good. The facility was clean and well stocked.

I was supposed to stay here 2 days. I had to cancel one of them. When I called to cancel the guy on the phone kept telling me he needed my address. I told him I never give my address to corporations. He kept on insisting he had to have it, and kept huffing and puffing before every sentence (like I was annoying him). When I got to the facifily for the one night we kept, I asked the woman "if I had to cancel this stay would you need my address"? She said, "nope, I just need the confirmation number".

although i didn't use it, the pool looked very inviting. i liked that i was able to use the computer but sorry that the printer wouldn't connect. it would have made my trip a bit easier but all in all, i can't really complain. staff was exceptionally nice. it met all the things i've come to expect at best western.

i really didn't like the bare floor but wore slippers when walking about the room. again, the printer for public use wasn't connected and i really could have used it for my trip planning from there.

Handicapped accessible room made it possible for us to stay here.

The only complaint I had was that our room keys didn't work when we checked in. The lady behind the counter came over and gave us new keys and they worked fine. However the next morning they didn't work. I think the lock mechanism was dirty or something.

For a little hotel in 'nowhereville', it was extremely nice. It was spacious and comfortable, had K-cup coffee, a nice bed, and a beautifully laid out room. Frankly, I was shocked. Great hotel!

My only gripe was the pigeons all around, moaning and cooing at all hours. It was a little distracting, sounding like a young couple getting down for hours and hours! LOL!

Location, lower level units with exterior doors, dog friendly, spacious enough to bring our bikes in. Grab and go breakfast is adequate. Staff is friendly.

It seems a little higher priced than it should be relative to other options along the way but it’s such a good fit for us that we don’t mind.

Very helpful guy at reception doing many tasks well. Convenient stopover just off i5 Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast selection.

Quiet a few pigeons around seeking food from bins, etc. Didn't bother us, though, as we understand its nature that all creatures will survive as best they can.

Love that you guys are pet friendly! And because of my bad leg thank you for putting us downstairs. We love taking long long walks around the area with the pups to stretch out legs from the long drive :) thanks again for everything.

There is not one bad thing I could say about our experience.

Brittany at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful and kind and made a last minute unexpected stay less stressful and easy.

The breakfast situation could’ve been a little better, but it was totally fine for one day.

easy off the freeway. i liked that we could back our car right up to our motel room door. bed was very comfortable. wasn't noisy and great shower pressure. also, fridge with small freezer in the room. i would stay here again on my travels

The location is just about perfect -- right off I-5 and very easy to both find and get to. Highway signage is good, by the way. The Breakfast was a grab-and-go thing, due to COVID, and was about the best anyone can do with something like that. So while the quality wasn't up to the usual standards (how could it be), it was actually a nice surprise since I wasn't expecting the property to be able to offer anything at all!

It's a bit pricey, really -- the $20 per pet extra fee seems a bit steep. Still, the room was good (and had a perfect floor for pets -- very easy to clean, even though my pets don't have "accidents" (they are house trained).
