Best Western Desert Villa Inn

The employees/management of this hotel have done a great job overcoming the deficiencies of the building (see below) with hard work and thoughtfulness. The room was spotless. Plenty of towels. Very high quality bathroom materials (soap, shampoo, etc). All the technical equipment (eg., Wifi) worked perfectly. And the breakfast, for a hotel of this price, was exceptionally good. Plenty of thoughtful, little tips (like the ear plugs left near the bed to help with the noisy location and the cute elephant made of a folded towel).

The building was old and ugly: a 2-level motel. It was also located right next to two noise sources: the highway and a railroad line (although I don't think the railroad ran during the night).

i liked , for a a quick resting is was really good. comfortable . clean, organized. breakfast was good.

the clock was making a noise like a electric static all night, sometimes would wake me up . and the noise outside .I notices the windows are noise cancellation but could still bother a lil bit. The heather on the A/C smells like something is burning, all the room start smelling like a burning, so we had to turn it off, other then that everything was good… for breakfast Make optional putting cheese on the food

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The mirror and sink was separate from the bathroom, and there was a lot of counter space to use coffee and tea amenities. There was a microwave and small fridge with a freezer. Lot of towels, there was enough soap and shampoo for a one night stay. Staff was very kind and friendly, breakfast was satisfying,

There were some flies in the room that we had to kill. The room was a little smaller than other BWs but the staff was accommodating. Everything else was perfectly adequate.

The breakfast was good. The lock was out of order so we had to wait for another guest to open the door for us. And it was that way all 3 mornings.

We were traveling with other guests, and apparently they were placed in a smoking building (The building across the parking lot from where you check in). They were smoked out of there room by the neighboring guests (Both sides must of been heavy smokers) 2 nights in a row. So if you do not want a smoking room, make sure to ask for one.

Two things. We asked for a room in a quiet area and we were given a room a long way back from the road and the railway line, resulting in a very good nights sleep. The breakfast was also good with some hot options and there was plenty of room to sit and eat. There is a Walmart within walking distance too.

it was clean. The breakfast was the best ever, tasty,fluffy little omelettes were such a nice surprise. All the hot breakfast food was delicious & the staff were exceptional!🌸

I wish we had a night light . you couldn’t leave the bathroom light on at night because the fan ran at the same time as the light , the fan & light were both controlled by the same switch .

- Breakfast had many options, probably the best hotel in terms of option and not necessarily the quality! You can take the coffee and tea to go. - Comfy beds - Good customer service and there was a lady helping you with the breakfast - Free parking (plenty of space but does get filled fairly quickly)

- Location (right next to highway so you can hear alot of traffic noise) - People standing outside talking and you can hear the big truck engines (especially when parking)

Nice big room, it was clean. The breakfast was good and the ladies that worked in the dining room were very nice and welcoming.

There was a long wait for the check in, the bath and the toilet were too small and we didn’t have enough soap for the shower (we had to ask twice because the bottles are so small)

easy to get to, very close to freeway exit. quick, easy check in & out. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly breakfast staff who went out of their way to help everyone.

was disappointed when I checked in clerk said I could not get my membership rewards points because I used Booking.com. but when I checked into Gallup Best Western tonight they said I qualified even though I used Booking.com.

The property is right off the freeway,so it’s easy to get there and then get back on the road, if you’re not staying very long. It was clean and orderly. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The pool area needs a bit of sprucing up and cleaning. The water looked a bit murky
