I recently stayed at this property and had an enjoyable experience. From the start, the staff was responsive and attentive to my needs. I had requested a quiet room, and they made sure to accommodate my request perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable, though it showed a bit of wear and tear in some spots. However, this minor detail did not affect my overall stay or impressions of the property. The surroundings were peaceful, making relaxing and enjoying my time leisurely. I would consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place.

Snow Lake had everything we needed for our first Big Bear vacation - pots and pans, cups, cutlery, baking items, coffee pot, dish soap and scrubber and good bath amenities - everything! Fireplace was nice when it was cool at night and early morning. We enjoyed using the bbq grill outside for dinner time. The room is very spacious for a family of 4, and generally pretty clean and well maintained. The front desk followed up each day via call and text to check on how are stay was, which was very appreciated.
The carpets could definitely use a shampooing and the tubs need reglazing.

That hotel is great. It is within walking distance to all the main points. There is a bike rental, just a couple of blocks away. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are big, cozy, clean, and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need, even blenders and baking sheets 😋 we loved it so much ! It is totally worth it.
The only thing it was water heater, it took us sometimes up to 10 minutes wait until the water heats up and another thing is that it said swimming pool is open from April 15, but it is not working now on May 5th, I think they repairing it now.

The condo exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the facilities very much. We were left with plenty of towels, dishware, and even a jacuzzi key we requested! The parking lot had adequate spaces for the number of rooms, so we never had any issues with parking. I know the housekeepers can take out any trash we place outside of the room, however, we had easy access to a dumpster on the property and were able to take out our trash when needed. We also got multiple text messages during our stay, encouraging us to request anything needed, which I thought was extremely kind and thoughtful! The staff were very kind and friendly!
I think the only issue we had was access to the Samsung TV remote. We had to specifically ask for one to be brought to our room to access the different streaming platforms on the TV. It really wasn't of any inconvenience or nuisance for our family, just something that might be a problem in the future for others.

The office has a pool table, kitchenette with juice, coffee, and donuts (gave off very cute Rosebud Motel vibes!), and the staff were very friendly! They had wifi, and the suite-style of the room meant it was a great fit for us, a family with 2 young toddlers, especially at bedtime. Perfect location for snow summit. I didn’t realize they sell out of parking, so we actually just dropped the kids off with 1 parent, and drove back to the hotel to park and walked to the mountain. Not the best, parking would have been much much easier! But great location for the circumstance.
With an older hotel/motel it’s not unexpected, but I think there was a lot of dust, since 2 of us were up at night sneezing. The place looked very clean, but we weren’t sick, and after sleeping at home for a night nobody is sneezing here.

The location, the staff were beyond amazing the whole stay me and my girlfriend locked ourselves out in the mid of night while our son slept inside and I called up the number on the office door and they provided a key extra key quick and easy since they can hear us worried about our son being scared waking up alone definitely the best place to stay!
The rooms need a little make over with the sheets and stuff like that but besides that it was amazing

I always love staying here. It's the best value for your money. Rooms are big and comfy. Love the kitchen and we really put that to use. Love the upgraded floors that were put in. Down the street from the village and everything is easy to get to.
Beds are so uncomfortable. Couch bed is terrible. They have been like this for years. I've been staying here for many years and that doesn't seem to change a bit. No improvements. The kitchen ceiling above the stove had grease splattered all over the ceiling and wall which was disgusting. Looks like no one cleans that ever.

I loved that there was a separation from the kitchen to the bedroom. The space was clean and beautifully presented when we arrived. The rooms were cozy and spacious. I also loved the cleaning services provided. Staff never entered the room, but came around every morning to change out trash and used towels!
I didn’t like that the bathroom was half tile and half carpet. I would have preferred it to be fully tile. I also didn’t like that the TV’s were positioned in weird angles without being able to move them.

staff was super friendly. They contacted us to be sure we were following weather reports before our stay and to be sure we were looking for road closures and any chain requirements for the car. I felt that wad above and beyond and conscientious of then to make sure their guests would arrive safely. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Decor is older but everything was nice. No elevator so you need to be able to walk up the stairs, no problem for us. we only stayed one night, but this would be a great place to stay an extended time with the full kitchen. The suite had a little foyer with lots of hooks so stowing ski gear as you come in would be easy. we used the outdoor hot tub while we were there and it was very well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in it with the snow all around. You are very close to the slopes here. good location. we would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us back to Big Bear Lake.

Snow Lake Lodge is only a mile away from Big Bear Village, making getting around the main town center very easy and convenient. But I was most impressed with the actual suite. It was very well kept — in fact, it was one of the best places I have ever stayed during a trip. It was extremely spacious, provided every in-room amenity imaginable, very clean, excellent parking, and a friendly, welcoming staff. I will definitely be returning four my next trip to Big Bear!
