The location was perfect - very short drive to the village center, and close to Boulder Bay in the other direction. Room 7 was great for us as there was plenty of floor space for our blind golden retriever to find his way around. Everything was very clean and updated, and had all of the amenities we needed. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom, and loved the double recliner in front of the fireplace and flat screen TV in the living room. We would certainly stay there again.

Queen mattress could use an update, but I understand that has already been planned.

It's clean and comfortable. The staff provided good advice. The kitchen was almost fully equiped.

In some instances this felt more like a pricey Airbnb than a hotel. For example, there are no cleaning services during your stay.

Amazing gem we found. Comfy, felt like home. Katy and Mike very friendly and hard workers. The themed rooms are designed well. We stood in suite 11... Bears Abound room Loved it! Will definitely recommend it friends and family. We'll come back again for sure.

customer service was awesome we arrived earlier and the cabin wasnt ready so they gave us $100 dlls for our dinner. we really appreciated that.

the tv was too old.

The staff was amazing! It was very clean. I even checked the window guides. No dust or bugs. Very comfy and had a great Mountain feel to it. The little kitchen was handy. We will definitely be back.

I liked the location, staff was friendly. Easy to park. The value was good.

I found used Claritin wrappers in bedroom drawer. Very dusty bed frame railing and along Walls of the floor. We were on bottom floor and the people above us would not let us sleep, they were so noisy and inconsiderate. Small shower had to duck to wash head and I’m not very tall.

Mike and Katie are the new owners and managers and were very nice! There are separate units and connected units available. We stayed in a connected downstairs unit, ours was #7. There is a small kitchen and fridge (no oven), a dining table, couch, fireplace, separate bedroom and one bathroom. All clean and cozy. Firewood available for $6.00/box and DVD’s available on the honor system. Big Bear Mountain Brewery is across the street so yummy hot food and beverage is close by. Alpine Slide is also walking distance where your snow tube or ride the coaster or so down the bobsled. Big Bear Village is just a couple minutes drive away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

If you stay in a downstairs unit you can hear noise from the top unit. Also, people weren’t parking in their correct spaces. Towels were a little on the thin side. Other than that all was good.

It is located in a great location we were walking distance from the tubing attraction and restaurants.

The owners were very friendly and they are dog lovers.

The owners are a lovely couple. Very friendly. Guests are made to feel very welcome. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Big Bear.
