Location, location, location. Close to all the action, we walked most places. We had a room upstairs, it had a nice little bistro set just outside the door, perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable! Room was clean and had everything we needed. The heater did not work, I called the reception, they sent someone up within 15 minutes to fix. This is a dog friendly location, people with dogs were on the bottom floor. We didn't hear any barking and were not annoyed by any of the dogs. Great value for our money. Would we stay there again? Yes!

We ate at the restaurant. It was a bit slow, but we got there at opening as did a bunch of other people. The food was great!

We loved how close it was to every touristy shop in the Village. The location was perfect. The room had a couple dirty elements - the heater was full of old dust and the room had an odd smell to it. On the surface it was clean enough. Just felt like it needed a good deep clean.

The bed was very very firm and made both of our backs hurt. The bedding was also old and worn looking.

I liked everything about the Robinhood Resort. It is a great location in Big Bear Village. Steps away from the main street that has all the shops, restaurants etc. Very clean, comfortable room. Very quiet room at night, and I got very restful sleep. Due to unforeseen circumstance, I acutally got an upgrade on my original room I booked. It was worth it for what I ended up getting: a suite. The gentlemen who helped me with the upgrade was very friendly and courteous to attend to my unforseen circumstance. This is by far the best ever customer service I ever got from my experiences in renting hotel rooms. Will definitely come back here again, if I ever find myself needing a place to stay in Big Bear. Very highly recommended! You will not reget it!

Does not apply as I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Robinhood Resort.

Almost every time we come to Big Bear we stay at the Robinhood Resort. It's like visiting family and they always make us feel so welcome. The resort is close to so many fun locations, and you have a great view of the lake.

The restaurant is now owned by someone separately from the hotel, we were told on our last visit. Sometimes we want to order a drink and take it back to our room but we can't. We like to stay in the room right by the outdoor eating area and it's kind of a hassle that we can't take drinks to our room. Not a huge thing, but the one thing we didn't like.

Room is right on the strip of the village making it very convenient to walk and explore the restaurant and shops! Bed and pillows were comfortable , heater worked great. Lobby was very inviting and relaxing , we sat in there for about an hour while we waited for Nottingham restaurant to open. Staff was friendly and welcoming

Rooms were a little outdated, shower stall was a tad too dark. Kept finding ants on the nightstand.

The location was awesome. Right in the middle of the village. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, he gave my wife his last personal bottle of water when he saw that she was parched.

The wifi. We could get a connection, sometimes, and when we could connect we still could not pass any data.

A few feet away from the Village and across the street from a little park. Very convenient place to stay.

The only issue I had was that we had a bottom floor room and the people in the room above stomped around like elephants well past midnight. There is not much padding between the bottom and 2nd floor.

It is perfectly located near shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in the village. I like that it has a good restaurant in the property. Very spacious room.

The shower head needs replacement and the sofa padding is all worn out. You sink down into it making it uncomfortable and difficult to get off of. Although the food was great, very long wait for meal once order was placed and a long wait to receive the check at Nottinghams.

I wish I didn't get room 64. I wanted to sit outside my room since the establishment had 2 chairs outside of each room for the guest to relax outside their room. But the view is slightly covered for room 64. Great gesture though.

Very low poor quality wifi services. I know I was in the mountains but we're in 2022. Within the city of big bear, I should have good reception let alone in a hotel.

Location was perfect, everything within walking distance. We had views of the lake, beds were comfortable.loved the patio area.

The tavern restaurant was disappointing we had a group of 25 people and when we showed up we were told that they only had 1 cook and we would have a 2 hr wait for food and they suggested we go elsewhere to eat which was a little strange. We all walked over to the Teddy Bear cafe instead.
