Emerald Inn & Lounge

The location is good. The restaurant and General Dollar store near by. The room is big enough for 3 of us with luggage. I like that they have the space for us to put the stuff on. Have big mirror in side the toilet and outside is convenient. Have mini fridge and microwave in the room. No coffee maker in the room but there are Coffee at the reception area. overall we have a nice stay here.

Show drain is slow but it drained. Air conditioning a bit noisy but we still can sleep.

The owner's were very friendly. The atmosphere felt very safe and the rooms were clean with the beds very comfy.

Very close to the freeway. I usually stay 2 times a month traveling for work.

I was smoking at the edge of the sidewalk more than 15 ft from my room with my door closed. The manager came up to me(walked from the office over to me) asked my name, what room I was staying in. He told to make sure I'm not smoking in the room and he wanted me further away from my door. Which was closed, so I wouldn't make the room smell. Ummm, why do think I'm outside smoking away from my door. Needless to say, I felt scolded by the manager. Not happy. I will let him know.

The room was clean and very comfortable but it would have been very good to have a coffee machine with included coffee in the room especially as there is no coffee in the lobby in the morning. Also, in addition to shampoo it would be good to have hair condidtioner. Air conditioner worked very well and I had a lovely shower.

The Inn is under new management as of October '21 or so, so older reviews can be irrelevant. Now the hotel is quiet, safe with the courtyard brightly lit, clean, rooms freshly painted. Too cold to test the pool but it was clean and filled. Room had a fridge, microwave, table, 2 chairs, bureau, tv set. Soap, shampoo, towels, 2 plastic cups.. Bathroom decor/equipment was older but clean. A/C heater worked well. Multiple restaurants nearby, the Lounge will open soon we were told by the very present/engaged/helpful manager.

Minor stuff, like surfaces (counter, table) could have been wiped more thoroughly, there were water/drink marks from previous guests. No coffee in room, and the office coffee was somewhat restricted.

The price is awesome, rooms are huge, staff is amazing. Clean rooms, tv, hot water, feel very safe, best motel sleep I have ever gotten. Highly recommend. Sad to leave tomorrow. I'll be back.

Everything was awesome

Ac was running room was nice cool since it was end August. Set me on bottom room had surgery nice not climbing stairs

Toilet seem was not cleaned good had urine spots., monson weather rained water came in from ac unit first night had low pressure water. After that it was little better.

It was a very clean room and large, just a small leak under the toilet. It was two blocks off the 10 highway and is in a nice small town.Just a mile or so from the Colorado River and fishing and boating. A big parking lot for RV's. Some good food choices nearby.

Besides a small leaky toilet, I was disappointed the bar at the Inn was closed because of covid and hasn't reopened.

Easy parking. Nice size rooms. Ac/heat worked great. Very quiet and cozy. Host's were super friendly and very accommodating.

Tv and appliance's worked marginal.

The room was large with a mini-refrigerator and a microwave. Full size bathroom, with tub, and a large dressing area. King size bed was comfortable.

They were in the process of having new internet cabling and equipment installed, so I did not have in-room internet. However, internet was available in the office. This did not affect me, as I did not bring a computer, and my phone worked fine.
