The breakfast wasn't bad for a budget hotel. There were a variety of foods, hot and cold, and the hot items were replenished regularly. The orange juice was good and it often is not at places like this. The staff was friendly. The location was next to the freeway. I read other reviews that noted it wasn't a good part of town. I have no idea if that is accurate or not. There are several motels/hotels on the same road and a gas station is near by. The room was fresh smelling when we got in. Everything was clean and neat. The heat/air worked. While we didn't have our dog with us, I spoke with the front desk and they only charge a $20 fee for a dog. However, if you tried to sneak one in, they would have penalized you if they noticed it. We met one of the room cleaners on our way out and she was helpful, polite and friendly.

The cost for us was high for a one night stay in that part of the world. I could probably have found a comparable room in LA for the same price for a Sunday night. We still decided to stay because the Inn had a high rating compared to the nearby hotels/motels. In terms of the breakfast, the coffee was weak and since we didn't see any other coffee places nearby, that was a small disappointment inside of the larger picture of satisfaction.

I liked the comfort of the bed. The mattress was great. Getting DirectTV was great. The breakfast in the morning really did have a good selection. The room temperature was perfect, I didn't need to use the a/c or heater.

I am being a little nitpicky, but I found that the info sheet placed on the bedside table was sticky and dirty. Also, the alarm clock hadn't been set and I couldn't figure out how to set it so it would show the correct time and stop blinking! I did sit on both beds to figure out which one to use and discovered that both made some "creaking" noise. But the one closest to the door was less noisy. One final item, the price that I was charged was higher than the price I booked at. I didn't realize this until I had already gone into the room and got settled in. I have worked in the hotel hospitality business ( housekeeper , front desk and sales) and tend to be picky.

The Breakfast was good and the Service was great. Sara was so friendly and helpful. She was very involved with the beautiful presentation of the Breakfast food area and the Breakfast itself. Everything was presented in a very clean and easy to access way. Sara was Great and she really loved her job and loved the people that stayed at the Quality Inn. I would totally stay there again and enjoy another friendly conversation with Sara over Breakfast.

I enjoyed my experience.

Happened to be very close to my jobsite. Easy commutes are top-priority for me.

there was this one lady, I forgot to get her name, who was… very apathetic and clearly wanted nothing to do with me when I came to check in. I don’t know what, exactly, was up but it did put a tiny black mark on the stay for that day.

... all in good condition & nicely redurbished. Big fridge,big room, etc ... and an overall good "feel".

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast starts at 5 am which is great for us as we like to get on the road early! The other guests have been quiet every time we’ve stayed here so we’re able to get a good nights sleep. Also, a perfect location near restaurants and gas stations.

The only problem we had was the shower drain was slow. We mentioned it to the receptionist when we checked out.

The room was remodeled and quite spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we posed to them.

It's in a sketchy area -- we were approached by someone outside our room asking for money. Also, the pool area, while clean, only opened through one gate (the other wasn't functioning).

I likes that the hotel was close to the freeway, food and of course Starbucks! We have stayed in Blythe multiple times within the last 2 years and this was by far our best stay!

The evening guest service woman that worked the counter when we arrived was less than pleasant. She was slightly rude. On several occasions I attempted to make small talk and she wouldn't even look at me. The whole interaction made me uneasy and not welcomed.

The breakfast was great! The room was very clean, and the staff was kind.

Either the walls are thin, or the doors need better seals. We could hear every conversation and snore from the room next door.

Blythe doesn’t have a lot of options but we have been staying in Blythe every time we visit family in Tucson. After carefully reading Yelp reviews, we canceled our Day’s Inn reservation and made a reservation at the Quality Inn! Pet friendly, clean rooms and good breakfast! This is our new Blythe “go too”.
