great location. rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was overhauled and for all intents and purposes, they did a great job. however, there were qualities of the room which appears to be dated. as if they cut corners with the renovations.

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back for the location which is amazing and it's very safe. The comfort of the rooms is major plus as well.

For the first time out of many stays, I would have to say that the front desk staffs level of service has gone down. There were 4 employees behind the desk, only 1 assisting guest check-in. The minute the airline staff walked in the other 3 employees all assisted them immediately while there was a line of 6 "regular" guests waiting to check in. In the room, none of the charging outlets worked and hallways smelled like smoke. The price increases for a room is very high compared to surrounding properties.

The size of the room is spacious, clean, and modern. A lot of seating and couches in the lobby area. Cafe downstairs which is convenient. Fun to explore hotel, it has a lot of space with hallways, meeting rooms, and has a terrace/garden you can find. The signage could be better but it does make for a fun adventure. Lots of parking available.

Person at the front desk was not very welcoming or nice (young, tall, slim black person) Wifi is so-so, a little spotty in the room but find in the lobby. The bathroom is on the smaller side but okay. It would be more convenient if the sink and the toilet were separate. The room could use more surface space to put things. The pool is small without much space or chairs for people to sit. It felt crowded with just 1 family there. The gym is across the driveway from the hotel which is a little inconvenient, would feel safer and more comfortable if it were part of the hotel's main building. The gym hours were also quite limiting, would be nice if it could be accessed 24/7 via key card but it closes around 10/11pm and opens next morning.

The landscaping and cleanup around the facility is improving every month. Nice security visibility. Special thanks to Matthew, Samantha and Anna, always go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

There are only two trollies to move luggage. Guests leave them in their rooms and we are screwed. Previous trip I waited for 45 minutes upon arriving and 30 minutes when leaving waiting on carts. I considered trying a new hotel as I stay for a week each month and I don't have the time or patience I bought my own folding cart, which now I get to listen to rattle all the way from Phoenix. Label the carts to be returned to the lobby or fine them like you do smokers.

I stayed here a few times before, what I loved the most is the location. It is very close (walking distance) to a lot of restaurants, shops and a theater if you want to watch a movie. We stayed here without a car rental, we ubered to and from Universal Studios which is not far. Hotel is very clean, staff are nice....there was one problem with our room, the shower tub drainage was a little slow other than that all in all was a pleasant stay. Also, this hotel is not far from Burbank airport which is nice! I will stay here again if I come back to this area for fun or even for business trip. Thanks!

If there is also a restaurant downstairs at this hotel for breakfast or snacks. It used to have a one here but was closed down?

Stayed for a few days and the beds were comfortable, amenities were great. Parking was convenient and staff was always friendly. Location was centrally located near the main street and attractions of Burbank. The elevators with a view outdoors was a great plus.

Two qualms, when I first entered my room, it had a musty smell but that was soon alleviated when I turned on the A/C. I think this is to be expected. On arrival, I inquired about parking, which they directed me. I wasn't aware to use my room care to log into and out of the garage. In the end, this didn't affect my stay or payments.

The bed was super comfy and the room was HUGE. I wasn't expecting it to be as massive as it was and loved how clean and neat everything was despite its age showing in some places. I also loved how central it was, and how easy the parking situation was and how friendly the staff were. It wasn't a hassle to come and go whenever and I'd absolutely stay here again for an extended stay!

The internet was out for me and they hadn't warned me beforehand that they've been having issues so I had to burn through my hotspot to get work emails done during my stay. The fridge was also broken, but aside from those two things it was a very good room to stay in.

Hotel Burbank is in a great location - easy to get to, lots of dining options within walking distance. The hotel has a very nice lobby area with cozy seating areas and a small bar. We had requested a wheelchair accessible room, which we were very pleased with. The room was spacious enough for my husband to move around with his wheelchair; the bathroom was large and had a nice vanity, grab bars by the toilet and a tub with a fold-down shower chair and adjustable hand-held shower head. (I mention all these details for travelers with disabilities... sometimes it is difficult to determine when booking if an accessible room is going to meet your needs). Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Burbank Village and Burbank-Downtown Metrolink station. With a little organization, I found it easy to get to/from LAX and to Glendale/downtown with public transport (check out LA Metro's TAP app for a prepaid card on your phone). The hotel is apparently a former Holiday Inn, and the rooms currently still have that look, but the lobby/café area has been remodeled, with a clean, airy and modern feel. Everything, including the rooms, is comfortable and spotlessly clean. You have to search a little, but the hotel also has a very nice enclosed garden. Our room had a lovely view of the Verdugo Peak and surrounding hills, which, by the way, is also a great area for running and/or hiking. Bonus items: (1) you can open the window! (a little, not enough to fall out, but enough to let in some fresh air); and (2) they provide wash cloths! (sounds stupid, but I like them and they're getting to be a rare commodity.)

The pool area is no great shakes - in any case, it was too cold for us to use! Ditto for the business center. On the other hand, the lobby/café area is a good place to do some work, but the music gets a little annoying (noise-cancelling headphones to the rescue!). The fitness center is clean and apparently well-maintained, but pretty minimal. Our pretty mountain view was dimmed a little by dirty windows. Last point: it would be nice to have some radio stations on the TV, and/or some way to cast audio/video to it from your phone.

The breakfast was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and efficient at breakfast. Our room was very comfortable. Our request for a lower floor was accommodated upon arrival. The location was very walkable to good restaurants and shopping.

The staff person who checked us in was barely audible and we could not understand some of the things she was saying but we didn't want to be rude by asking her to speak up. We were not told about the WiFi password but we figured it out after getting into our room.
