The location was everything. I was so comfortable and the view was beautiful. The bed was sooo comfortable. I didn't want to wake up and leave. the jacuzzi tub was clean and it worked excellent. The shower and whole bathroom was clean and large.

The heater / air conditioner was difficult to operate. The remote to the unit was nit simple enough to understand. We had to ask the staff and still had a little difficulty. Once we got it working it was okay. We had to keep the heat warming running due to a draft.from the main door. There was a sizable gap that allowed air to enter making it cold and after a shower we needed the warmth.

Mishal was fantastic from the moment I arrived. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. I was safe and did not worry about leaving my things in the room. The location was ideal, especially if you are visiting Burbank/Hollywood. There is a lovely cafe directly across the street with great breakfast options and also a fridge in the room. There was also plenty of parking.

Location was close to the venue I was going to on a Saturday and decided to stay close by for the weekend. We had a late check in but was attended to by the front desk with a nice greeting. Parking lot at the time of check in was full (we came in at 11pm) but the front desk clerk let us park in the lot in a "no parking zone." (Awesome!) The room was very clean and spacious even though the outside looks small the room was big. The bed was very comfortable and the room had the biggest spa tub I ever seen. The room had a spa tub and a shower. Check in and check out was quick an easy! Will come here again when visiting Burbank in the future.

Was a bit surprised that the room didn't have a microwave, but it was not necessary for my stay if the room had one or not.

This is an "old school" motel, probably dating from the 1950's, but refreshed and updated with modern amenities with a decidedly retro flare. It had most of what anyone would need, and everything was in very good condition. It's also in a very safe location, and is close to a lot of restaurants.

I would have liked a coffee maker, especially since local coffee outlets like Starbucks didn't open very early. A reading light would have been nice, too.

Clean and comfortable. VERY SIMPLE, no frills accommodations, YET everything was squeaky clean, walking distance to everything a person could want.

Hard to see the signage for hotel, obscured behind a palm tree east bound and very scary left center turn lane on the west bound off main road to enter hotel parking. Charming mid century theme hotel in an equally charming mid century neighborhood.

Beautiful room interior, simple, modern functional. Excellent shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good wi-fi. We splurged on a family room so we had room to meet and hang out with friends. That worked extremely well also looping in remote video participants using the big TV. Hostess was extremely responsive. Location is right off the I-5. Very convenient for travel and local amenities.

The exterior does not look as nice as the interior. It is well maintained and functional, but the plot is small and on a major road and has no room for landscaping. There is some noise from the road, but it did not disturb us at night.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside. I thought I'd made a mistake booking here when I arrived. HOWEVER! I got in the room and changed my mind. Nice lady checked me in. The room looks like it's been recently refurbished. Bright, clean, and modern. Large shower and bathroom size overall decent. Little fridge in the closet. VERY comfortable bed. Lovely curtains, wanted to take them home, LOL. Surprisingly quiet at night. Close to the airport. Walking distance to Ralph's, CVS, Sprouts and a lot of fast food places. Felt comfortable walking alone as a female.

Why no lamps and only an overhead light?? Please put at least one lamp in the room. The check-in office has no A/C or heat.

I loved this place!! Location is excellent!! The staff was really nice, the room was fun with a great shower and jacuzzi tub, and it was quiet and peaceful. I will stay here again for sure!!! The bonus was the great restaurant/bakery right on the corner!! The french toast was amazing and the baked goods were so beautiful!!! Loved staying here!!!

The only thing I could think of is the lighting in the bathroom for makeup reasons was not the best, and there is no microwave. Otherwise, I can not think of anything I didn't like.

The location was perfect for us and the room was clean and spacious. We had one of the hot tub rooms, and the bathroom was enormous, clean, functional and pretty. We enjoyed the "retro" vibe and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It is a simple, clean and comfortable set up and we will definitely be back.

The only improvement we could suggest is a coffee set up - but really, that is not as needed as we first thought because there is an awesome coffee place with a bakery right next door. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I have to say this is because my new favorite hotel motel the Jacuzzi bathtub is amazing and wonderful and just very relaxing and the shower was exceptional the water pressure is good it's clean filter soft water I mean everything about this hotel is just fantastic I would definitely stay there again

Everything was good the only thing that I would have changed was maybe add more than just one light because the one lamp or ceiling fixture was extremely warm it warmed up the room too much but besides that I didn't really have any complaints
