Room was clean, didn't have any odors, was stocked with toiletries n coffee/tea. The microwave n fridge were in working order. I would stay here again.

The road in the entrance had a pothole, uneven/stained carpeting underneath the sink, n the toilet had a constant leak n had to jiggle the lever a few times for a flush. The window view (1st floor) was unpleasant, broken glass n a abandoned water heater.

For a Best western and especially in Calexico. I would say it was surprisingly good. I was a little skeptical at first. But very clean, beds were comfy. As far as the staff goes, not very welcoming. Also one great thing is that you can’t hear the people in the next rooms which to me is very important! Especially if they’re loud. So I appreciate that they have thick walls. But other than that it was a pretty good stay for your moneys worth.

Location and the room was ready when we arrived. Coffee 24 hours. And booking online is easy and quick. Room was clean and all seemed sanitized as you could tell by the fragrance I the room.

The room we stayed in needs a few repairs. A tile was loose on the bathroom floor, which could be dangerous especially if you have elderly family with us. The bathroom fan is not working. The toilet handle was/is not working as well needs repair. Room 310.

24/7 decaffeinated coffee, love the shower for older guests.

Breakfast was cold, the same thing of cold potatoes, gravy was cold, biscuits were cold and hard. Only one comfortable chair, we were 2 adults.

Staff were helpful and accommodating with our early arrival. Enjoyed the shaded pool deck, hot breakfast options and all-day coffee. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed. Many restaurants and stores within a block or two.

No shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. Expensive, but all the area hotels are more expensive than I would have thought

Staff members were very welcoming of the guests, great customer service. The hotel itself was also in good shape and everything from the room to the cafeteria to the premises were all clean.

Could vary breakfast from day to day but overall was good for the price. WiFi was slow at times and had to connect to my mobile hotspot.

Shower curtain would not close all the way which allowed water to spray on part of the floor.
