My room had not carpet, it got replaced with a nice tile Yay!! Installation has improved a lot since my last stay here over 4 yrs ago. Staff ant the door (porter or valet), welcomed us is a smile and offered help immediately. I couldn't get a parking spot at the front but i saw a custodian or 2 walking the perimeter constantly and actually checking there was no one wandering.

I got charged more than final price given in the app. I couldn't request to extend my stay for another 2 day, front desk clerk says i have to do check out first and then make a totally new reservation and wait to check in.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good. Breakfast had a wide variety of products, but it was more like a meal, i missed some basic thinks. But it was good. The restaurant was good as well, not very big portions but enough. The service was excellent. The gym was decent.

I missed some extra towels for the bathroom and the desk inside my room was low and a bit uncomfortable. Behind my desk was a little dirty, i am tall so i didnt fit very well and my pants were all dirty.

the only suggestion was that they find better cooks for the hotel, most Mexicali buffets are savory and have great tasting food. The food at the hotel was bland had not good taste …. jugo verde was not tasty, orange juice was bitter, menudo lacked flavor the food prepping and how it looked was good but the taste was not good at all.

I liked the room service and staff was friendly and accomadationg. Everytime we entered the hotel it always smelled so good and looked very clean. when our rooms where cleaned it was always so clean and smelled so good.

only compliant we had was that the pool opened up late into the morning 10am-10pm. didn't leave a lot of time to get a swim in when that day have already started and you had things to do.

I liked how clean the hotel always is when I go and stay there. I like that the staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. they make you feel like royalty.

the pool hours start to late in the morning that does not give one time to use the pool. It'll be nice to be able to use the pool early in morning before you have to leave the hotel.

A like the location I like the person you there is niceley the all the workies are nice 🤠🤠🤠

Another team that I see in this hotel which is because they hire people with incapacity hearing or talk but they have a job on the hotel .. for The reason an everything else i going backs soon Mexicali 💯💯💯👍👍

i feel safe and comfortable it’s in a good location for what I went for the staff is always kind and friendly

they need to do a lot of updates and maintenance on the building. I liked staying her about 5 years ago really pretty and not it’s still pretty but when you pay attention you notice a lot of damage and lack of maintenance

The service was great from the moment we walked in help with our bags menus for breakfast lunch and dinner rooms were clean and stocked every time we need pillows blankets towels food everything was brought up quickly and very very respectful staff workers also the food and drinks at bar were amazing coffe was fresh and great everything was awesome we stayed in a suite for 5 days on the 7th floor completely amazing would definitely book again

Absolutely nothing everything was great

it was a bit cleaner this time that we stayed, but the odor is bad.

Upon entering, the facility has an odor, I think they need air fresheners throughout the hotel or something other than that everything was good

Staff was very friendly and attentive to any needs we had.

Ice bucket was dirty as if never cleaned, toilet got clogged, heater didn't work, and one of my cards for room entry didn't work but staff was very attentive and quick to resolve any issues we had.
