Breakfast was ok, we traveled with another family who had stayed there before and they had really recommended the breakfast, however the breakfast wasnt good and they did mention that breakfast use to be a lot better. THe location was amazing, so many good restaurants around the area and a plaza across the street so you an pretty much find anything your looking for.

I would ask that the front desk reception recieve us with a better attitude, she didnt greet us properly was in a moody attitude and we were super polite to her. She didnt explain were the elevator was or how the key worked in the elevator so it took us a bit to figure it out but other staff around was really nice and helped us out. The first person you speak to as staff is the first impression of the hotel so they should work on that, i work in the hospitality business so that means alot.

The hotel is very nice, the room was of good size and very comfortable. We also liked the breakfast buffet and all the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn’t like wasn’t even part of the hotel, but we asked in the reception if they could help us get a taxi to the airport and the driver was late, drove slow because he was talking on the phone while driving and overcharged us.

No transfer available from airport. We had to use a shuttle that we waited an hour and a half for at the airport that was pulled over at 2am by the Mexicali police. Very frightening experience. We think 2 people in our shuttle had to pay them off. The police left us alone thank goodness. Won't be revisiting Mexicali any time soon because of this experience.

The beds were comfy and the location was great. Overall it was a nice stay and safe.

The front desk receptionist was a bit rude at the time of checking. She didn’t explain where the garage parking was at. I had to ask where we could park for the night. She didn’t advise what time breakfast was from and how the elevators worked considering it was our first time staying there. The shower walls did have a little bit of damage and the towel had some stains.

The included breakfast buffet is amazing, the variety of choices and the attention at the restaurant is great, and the staff in general front desk and cleaning service very welcoming and accommodating.

The rates can vary from med to high quickly and can get bit crowded of clients.

love it!! everything was great bed are confortable , very clean for room .bathroom were great , breakfast outstanding delicious, and great people awesome customer service highly recommended.

They have a very good breakfast included, clean hotel and the staff is attentive and nice. We had a lot of restaurants in a walking distance.

The water in the pool was cold, we could not be in there for a long time.

Very clean, well staffed, breakfast was good the menudo was excellant!! Hotel was walking distance and in close proximity to restaurants and entertainment.surrounding business were great as well.

Room could have been a tad bigger. Can't say anthing negetive about any aspect of the hotel.

The Location is perfect. Walking distance to a Salon.. Restaurants.. Movie Theater..etc. Very clean. Staff friendly. And Complimentary breakfast was great.

Didn't like that there are no Bellman. To help with luggage but that was a very low priority for me.

Staff is very friendly. The location is the best. Fairfield hotel has so many restaurants and movie theater ... shopping all Walking distance. The rooms are clean and it's quiet at night. Rooms spacious.

Nothing to not like.
