Check in was really friendly and we found out there is a free shuttle that goes to and from Castello di Amarosa which was amazing news for us as my husband was going to have to drive it and limit his wine intake! This hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were large, with a few amenities like a microwave and refrigerator and the beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was also really modern and clean. The breakfast was quite limited in options but everything tasted great and the coffee with French vanilla cream really was the best filter coffee I’ve ever had!! The hotel also has an outdoor pool and fitness centre but we didn’t make use of either. It is a short walk into town approx 10 mins and there are restaurants, wine tasting rooms, bars and shops. I would definitely recommend Best Western Plus Stevenson Manor, thank you for a lovely stay.

One thing that we weren’t overly impressed with though is that they didn’t offer any housekeeping services because we were only staying for 2 nights, we would have expected to at least have our bed made up for the price we were paying! We did get given fresh towels because we asked for them.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Our room was next to the ice machine, which made a lot of noise (albeit intermittently). We noticed it on arrival so asked reception if we could change rooms as I am a very light sleeper. Unfortunately all rooms were booked but reception staff and the hotel manager were very responsive and offered to unplug the ice machine overnight so that we could sleep. I really appreciated the gesture and that they cared about the quality of our sleep. If you go to this hotel, know that you’re in good hands. The hotel is within walking distance of the main street in Calistoga and next door to lovely hot spring spas, so you can stay somewhere affordable and treat yourself to a little luxury too.

Breakfast was basic but perfectly ok.

Lovely peaceful surroundings with amazing views of the mountains, and close to all the lovely vineyards of Napa. Staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and at breakfast area. Plenty of parking available and felt really safe inside the hotel premises. Clean and spacious room with a large TV. Hotel is close to the main shops, supermarkets, restaurants and spas in Calistoga with easy parking on street. Steam room and pool not to be missed.

Our room was just fine. The first night the guests in the adjoining room were obnoxiously loud, but we can’t fault the hotel for that. We thought the amenities were great, rooms were clean, well appointed and the staff was really fantastic and friendly. Breakfast was fine too! Love the made to order omelettes! Additionally, I made a HUGE mistake and left my house and car keys in the hotel room. We live in Arizona and didn’t realize we left the keys there until we arrived home. Richard and Maribelle, who answered my call and confirmed I had left my keys were stellar in there willingness to ship my keys back to me. They worked hard to help me when I was so in need and I appreciate them going the extra mile for me!!

Our room was fine, but my brother’s was upstairs located along the road. They had a tough time with the truck noise, especially early in the morning.

only thing I was not happy about was I requested and did get a room with a balcony but my view was in the street and that was even blocked by the palm tree right in the front of the balcony that there was no real enjoyable view that I would have liked of the mountains

I thought you did a very nice job with breakfast. The hotel is located close to town, and close to many nice wineries.

There were some loud guests by the pool area at night, and management did not quiet them down. The disturbance continued for a long time, well past 11 PM - unacceptable.

Convenient to the wedding venue. Breakfast was pretty good.

No scheduled room clean… only every 2 days & you had to ask for it. If you requested early check in(1:00pm-4:00) it cost additional $50.00. I’ve never heard of that before.

It was an amazingly comfortable room. Great noise control. Clean. Breakfast very satisfying. Pool area great. Will stay there everytime I visit my son

There is not a thing I dislike ....well parking lot was rough. Spots aren't plentiful. It was horrible if a patron did not park with in the lines.

The location was great, the rooms were very spacious, it has great facilities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay again!

You can hear everything from the room above, the air condition is very loud - although none of this disrupted our stay or sleeps

the staff was very professional I could tell the had been trainee especially wo deaf in these tines when it's a challenge to get good staff it's right across the street from the new " Four Seasons hotel " I can't imagine it could be any better than. the upscaled hotel
