Location was fine, my daughter’s room was so nice and spacious with the fireplace on the corner. Steam room was nice as well. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Room was clean.

The first night we checked in, the hostess was not very friendly and told us we only were booked for one night and they were full so we’d have to find another place to stay. Luckily my daughter found the info and showed her our receipt but I would have paid for two rooms at the last minute somewhere else and then my rooms there were non-refundable. crisis averted but not because of the night hostess. She also was very rude to all the people in the pool so I heard a lot of guests mumbling complaints that the staff must have changed because they used to be nicer. Also, the hot tub and pool were very crowded so our adult kids did not partake and instead went back to their rooms.

Great location & parking. The modern room has linoleum/hard floors. Our room has a patio with furniture, great addition. Cute solution for phone charging- USB from alarm clock at nightstand 👏. The clock displays time from 3 sides, thoughtful. Very good fridge in the room. Spacious shower. Towles for the spa/pool were exceptionally clean white and available in abundance, which was great, considering the cold outside temperature.

Would have been great if there is a safe box, in the room. The main pool water appeared cooler than listed on the hotel display.

Room: Very spacious for myself and my partner, it had everything we needed for our trip and was very clean. Pool: The pool and Steam room area was a nice experience and they stocked up on lots of towels with enough places to sit down outside.

Our first night the lights in the corridor was off which made it difficult to see, almost pitch black - We assumed it was technical difficulties but that's about it.

I like that the hotel itself and the rooms were updated (like you see on the pictures). We also could check in a bit earlier, which we appreciated. The kids loved the pool which was veeeery warm.... (Sauna and steam bath can be used as well)

The pool area was nice, but the concrete around the pool needs a little paint to match the rest of this beautiful hotel. (That is the problem, if everything is nice on thing stands out ;-), maybe the minerals cause a high wear)

The beds were SO comfortable and the room was super clean and modern and there is a nice outdoor area with patio chairs. Free bikes to ride around the town. Free shuttle passes so you can call the Calistoga shuttle service to pick you up and take you to the different vineyards and places in town.

The pool could have been a bit cleaner (some bugs floating around, but to be fair it was the end of the day)

Super comfortable beds and large bathroom area. Walking distance to downtown Calistoga. Free bikes to hire, one staff member helped us organise wineries to go to! Hot spring pool and hot tub great.

Staff weren’t aware free shuttle wasn’t operating on Labour Day and advised us not to book tour but use shuttle. Alas shuttle not on, thankfully the staff member on Labour Day helped us out.

The property had its own mineral water pool and jacuzzi. Good family atmosphere. The central quad was very welcoming to relax or play games .

The only problem was it was next to a busy street , so sometimes traffic would take you out of your zen while relaxing by the pool. However in the rooms you did not hear it and we were facing the street side.

The location was easy to find. The staff was friendly and professional. The grounds were nice and inviting. The mineral pool and hot tub was wonderful. Our room was modern and clean. We had plenty of room and the bath area was nice. We had a nice patio and could see the mountains. The price was fair.

We enjoyed using the bicycles on offer. The room was clean and spacious.

The check in time of 4pm is a bit late. I prefer a 2pm check in. Also, check out was at 11am. As we were gathering our things to leave just before 11, we received a phone call reminding us it was time to check out. I felt like our stay was very short, and rushed due to these times.

Great location - close enough to the city centre where one can find supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the rooms come with a small patio which is a great place to chill out in the morning and evening.

The facility is located close to the main road so it could get a bit noisy with cars passing by
